This place is spotless, very secure. It was fun having the outdoor grill/pizza oven and the small pool. It is kind of hidden. Francesco meets you on the street above the property in his car and leads you to it. I was a bit nervous following him off the beaten path. It is in an area which is redeveloping and seemed sketchy. He was very welcoming and attentive. The property is completely safe and secure and I would not hesitate to come again. He even came at 4 am to check us out for an early flight. Francesco works very hard to make sure you have an enjoyable time.

Upon arriving we were immediately breathtaken by the view at the sea of Monopoli and the city itself. Our hosts were extremely kind and showed us around the huge place. There is a big terrace outside next to the appartement, but the true star of this location has to be the pool area. There is another place to sit in sofas there and the pool itself is really big as well. It's quite an experience swimming there with such view, in a daily-cleaned pool. Everything on the outside makes you almost forget that the inside is also impeccable, this is truly a great place to stay! Another mention has to go the house cat, who also gave us good company.

Allison goes above and beyond. Fully stocked kitchen with fresh eggs ,fruit and wine.Anna brought us fresh pastries every morning, removed trash and changed and refreshed our bedrooms and bathrooms . The King beds and rooms are spacious and comfortable and the exterior has every amenity. Every detail has been thought through. Do not miss the opportunity to stay in this beautifully appointed vacation home.

We had a wonderful stay at Torretta Le Feritoie in Fasano, Puglia. The house is just as beautiful as the photos — if not better! Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and perfectly equipped, including great air conditioning. We loved the second bedroom in the upper tower, which offered both independence and easy access to the main house. Breakfast under the pergola, surrounded by olive trees and cacti, was a daily highlight. The pristine swimming pool was a rare and welcome treat. The peaceful location near Fasano gave us tranquility while being close to shops and pharmacies. Luca was incredibly kind and attentive, and we especially appreciated the homemade mulberry jam he gifted us. We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning!

Perfect base to explore the region! The property was clean, comfortable and the pool/ outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and cooling down after a day exploring. Perfect place for a family. We had just 4 nights at Leo’s place and we were not disappointed. He returned messages promptly and any questions he responded with the correct information. On arrival the check-in was pretty simple. Automated pedestrian and vehicle gates. And once inside we were very pleased with the house. All pictures are correct and we half knew what to expect. It was also good to put our three boys downstairs while we had the upstairs room. Although one room downstairs wasn’t a proper room, it didn’t affect the boys at all. And there were two bathrooms downstairs to look after the three bedrooms. There was clean bedding, towels and also plenty of pool towels too - along with a football for the small astroturf 2 minutes walk away. The kitchen was stocked well with tea, paper towels, clingfilm, foil, sugar, bin bags and there was filtered water from the tap. There was also a great bean to cup coffee machine with milk frother - so great for morning coffees on the veranda.

A great apartment in the heart of Bari’s old town. Rosanna provided everything we needed including a beach umbrella! Rosanna was an excellent host and we really recommend staying at Rosi Home!

Francesco was great! The location was awesome and our sunrise morning on the rooftop was amazing. He went above and beyond as our bags were delayed by the airline. We had a tour set up the day the airline wanted to bring them. He allowed us to give his name as the contact and he met the air line courier at the location and brought our bags in! He was so great! Love everything about the stay and would recoomend it highly to anyone.

The photographers house was nothing short of an exceptional stay. The property surpassed expectations and is more impressive in person than in the photos, the interior design and photography are beautiful. It is very spacious and well equipped with everything you might need for a great holiday. The location is 10/10, in the heart of the old town and the views of the port are superb. Fabrizio was very friendly and so helpful, he met us at the train station on arrival and assisted us with our luggage. Similarly, he helped us with our luggage upon departure and dropped our suitcases to the train station by car. He also assisted us with booking taxis etc during our stay. Check in was brilliant, with a comprehensive bar, brilliant coffee machine and all of the basic ingredients for cooking included. We loved our stay, and would recommend the photographers house for anyone looking for an elevated Monopoli experience. We will definitely be back.

Anna and Alessandro’s beautiful villa was the perfect stay, The villa itself was exactly as pictured and absolutely stunning! Anna was extremely welcoming and very responsive to any and all questions, she gave us amazing recommendations for local restaurants and beaches to visit which we loved, The villa is perfectly located if you are travelling through puglia by car, central to Monopoli, Alberobello and Polignano a mare, and even great to day trip to Matera or Ostuni as we did during our stay Overall an excellent stay we would love to visit again :)

Vincenzo is a really nice host, all the informations he gives are useful and very clear. The apartment is amazing: everything is clean and the decoration is sophisticated. The garden is quite nice, with everything you need. The city centre is accessible by walk. We highly recommend!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Leonardo’s property! Nestled in a peaceful olive grove, the home offered the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. We especially loved starting each day with an espresso on the patio, surrounded by nature and calm. The house itself was spotless, well-maintained, and an incredible value for the price. Just a short 10-minute drive to the beach, we were able to enjoy the beach daily, while also taking advantage of the many excellent restaurants nearby and in the charming downtown of Monopoli. Leonardo was a wonderful host—warm, accommodating, and extremely responsive. He even welcomed us with a bottle of wine, which was such a thoughtful touch! Monopoli proved to be the ideal base for exploring the region. We took day trips to Bari, Lecce, Matera, and Alberobello—all easily accessible by car (which we definitely recommend having) We truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend!

Google Maps took us to the next street, but the neighbors who were hanging out helped us just by seeing us. It's really a street-level room, with no windows, but with the air conditioning and the purifier we've been perfect. 10/10 for hygiene and cleanliness! Very well equipped, toothbrush, makeup remover, nail file, flip flops, shower cap... A table to eat at, glasses, plates and cutlery. A mini fridge with water and juices for breakfast. If I went back to Bari, I'd definitely repeat.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment in early June. The location is a great base for exploring the wider Puglia area, and Giovinazzo is extremely pretty. The apartment was exactly as described, with everything you could need, and the private courtyard was a great place to have breakfast or relax after a day exploring the sights. It is a short walk into town and to the seafront, with its historic buildings, with a good choice of places to eat and drink. Thoroughly recommended.

Gianvito's place was simply amazing! staying in a trullo was an exceptional experience while visiting Alberbello - it is walkable distance from the town centre. The bed and linen were outstanding we had a really great sleep there, would deffo recommend to others!

Close to the airport in a great little neighborhood. The streets are very narrow so if you're not comfortable driving in Italy, it might not be the best place for you! Comfortable, loved the spa!
