Had a great stay at the apartment.Easy to get to town centre by bus or Uber. Tesco store close by 5 mins walk.Nice quiet safe area .Small patio was great to sit .Julia was very helpful host.

Nice place in the heart of the old city. Easy to get to everything you would want to visit. Lots to see, do, eat, drink all within a few blocks walk. Place was open and clean. Great for two couples sharing the location.

A convenient base near the ferry with the bonus of parking outside. Very accommodating and helpful host. The flat was warm, comfortable and well equipped with a lovely big sofa and thoughtful touches. Our dog liked the dog toys. It’s up three flights of stairs which kept us fit!

Great stay. Great host Good location for AO arena approx 35 mins walk or 10 min drive. Have stayed twice and would definitely book again!

fantastic price, for four of us it would have been easily double at the closest Premier inn and nowhere near as homely as Liony's place was. The New Oxford local pub has a great atmosphere, super friendly staff and a huge selection of ales.

House was exactly as described, very clean, excellent parking. Well equipped and everything worked. It was a quiet neighbourhood too. Andy was very responsive, but had given comprehensive info before we arrived. It worked well for us and would definitely use again if we visit the area.

Hospitable host, not a single complaint whatsoever, thank you for the lovely stay.

Loved our stay here- location is fantastic and only 10 minutes from the tram line. House was beautiful and had everything we needed. Lovely garden to sit outside too. Arjel was really helpful and responsive. Would definitely book again! Thank you :)

The place was easy to find and simple instructions allowed us to get in quick and easily! It looked exactly like the pictures, Ubers/taxis are available to get anywhere you need within minutes. Overall had a great few days, Thankyou!

I had a great nights sleep and loved how quiet it was. Being greeted with freshly ground coffee in the morning before heading off to work was a lovely and welcome touch. He thoroughly enjoyed and very local to his previous home, so he was very familiar with the area. The outdoor terrace is a fantastic extra to have! Thank you again and hopefully we will stay again!

Was a comfortable stay for a couple of nights. Clean and comfy apartment. Host was really responsive and replied quickly with any queries I had. Would recommend if visiting Manchester City as everything’s in close walking distance.

11/10 experience. Amy was equally generous and responsive from the time I booked, to arrival, and checking out. Her place was clean, charming, and even more spacious than expected. The warmest water and comfiest pillows. The area is quite lively and can be noisy on the weekends, but any guest knows this from the description of the listing. Highly recommend - Amy, thank you for being so welcoming and a joyful! Truly enjoyed my stay here.

I have stayed in Scott’s apartment for a month. Wonderful location! Supermarket and train station is near this place. It takes 15 mins to Manchester City Centre.

Very well located apartment for our needs: train station, market, conference center and even shopping is not far away. We did everything on foot, what a pleasure! The apartment is very comfortable (160cm beds) and clean. Nice residence, secure. The windows overlook a large road that is a little bright, but doesn't stop you from sleeping. In short, a very good stay.

Really great place for our trip to see an event at the nearby Coop Live. We were welcomed very warmly by Wayne and his extremely cute dog Madge – her presence was a massive plus :D The flat is located near the marina area which we hadn’t before explored, and made walks to and from the city (there is also a tram right outside the door one stop to Picadilly) that bit more peaceful, strolling along with a coffee from one of the cafes along the waterside. The flat is well equipped, tastefully decorated, has a great coffee machine and shower as well as some nice toiletries in the bathroom. Though the place is a ‘shared’ stay, we often had the place to ourselves. Wayne was great to talk to in our brief meetings though, very easy going and really made a lot of effort to make us feel right at home. In terms of proximity to the Coop Arena, the location is perfect, near the beginning of the ‘Citylink’ walking route. Altogether a really nice stay, totally recommended.
