Als kleiner Badesee auf halben Weg zwischen der Bezirksstadt Feldkirchen und der ländlichen Marktgemeinde Weitensfeld, liegt er fernab von touristischen Zentren in einem Landschaftsschutzgebiet. Das Berghäuschen umfasst etwa 59 m² Wohnfläche, verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmern, 1 Wohn– und Essraum mit Küche, sowie 2 Bäder und eine etwa 13 m² große Terrasse. Es liegt auf ca. 1000m Seehöhe.

Relax in this special, energy self-sufficient accommodation. In the middle of nature - only 15 minutes from a wonderful small lake (Furtner Teich) Occasionally there is an ornithological breakfast... Hiking - is possible directly from the cottage! For example, the castle ruins of Steinschloss and the golf course are less than 1 km from the cottage... It is nice to explore the area by bike. The Grebenze ski resort can be reached in just 10 - 15 minutes by car!

Our modern chalet in the beautiful Lachtal has 2 bedrooms for 4 to max. 6 people (additional sofa bed in one of the bedrooms), 2 shower rooms, a sauna, a cozy living-dining area with fireplace and a dream view of the mountains! The kitchen is equipped with the usual appliances, including a dishwasher and washer-dryer. Each bedroom is equipped with Swiss pine beds for restful and healthy sleep. In winter, we recommend snow chains!

Die Unterkunft ist eine gemütliche, ruhige Wohnung im schönen Metnitztal. Küchenzeile voll eingerichtet, kleines Wohnzimmer, Badezimmer besteht aus Dusche mit WC, eine weitere Dusche mit WC direkt beim Schlafzimmer. Schlafräume: Jeweils ein Doppelbett, Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Highlight: Liegewiese für sonnige Stunden direkt am Haus, Mitbenutzung der großen Terrasse möglich.
