Beach house vacation rentals in Metaponto

We had a wonderful, unforgettable vacation in this great apartment. Dania and her father have super organized the handling, check-in, questions and help on site, check-out. They welcomed us warmly and we were greeted with a welcome basket of specialties from the region. The apartment is well equipped, clean and spacious. The location, right on the beach, priceless... Thank you for this great time! We will definitely be back!

This house is a real gem. It is located right at the sea. There are stones in front of it but you can go swimming, if you want. On both sides approx. 5-10 min are very nice sandy beaches. The view is amazing and we had super nice sunsets. The house has everything you need and the kitchen is fully equipped. The decoration is maritime and quite cute. It was really peaceful and we had a great time. There are a couple of restaurants in the village as well as shops and even fish shop. We were there at the end of May. Many shops and restaurants were still closed but 20 min by car there is a bigger town where you have everything. We really enjoyed our stay. If you look for peace and quiet - book this lovely house! Highly recommended!

I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs over the year, and these were by far the most lovely I’ve ever interacted with! The property is beautiful. We came in October so it was more quiet than during the summer, but the beach was wonderful and very closely positioned to old town Monopoli (though not walkable if that’s what you’re looking for). The kitchen was amazing and stocked with everything you’d need to cook (which we did) and the patio is spectacular looking at the Adriatic (we ate all of our meals there). The hosts provided tons of recommendations and I’d recommend to anyone!!

our stay was short but we enjoyed it. Enzo was very responsive and helpful with directions, where to park, and great beaches to see. extra attention to his guests with little touches that make for an amazing host. thank you!!. was a nice first introduction to Italy for us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We arrived the evening that Verizon telecommunications went down so we had no way to contact Maricina. We were to contact her by the AirBnB app but we were unable to do that because of the outage. Fortunately she was there waiting for us and we really appreciate that. She also suggested activities and gave us good instructions. I can see why she has earned super host status. The apartment has a sense of style and there is plenty of room for all your belongings. Also the appliances are very modern. We loved it!

Filomena was an exceptional host. lots of information to guide is and responsive to our needs. the flat is beautifully kept and the courtyard a dream.

We had a great stay in Torre Cane. The accommodation is small but very well located and equipped with everything you need to facilitate the stay. The neighborhood is adorable!! We would recommend this listing and hope to come back someday!!

Silvanas house is wonderful, right across from the beach,with even better beaches minutes away. They provided beach chairs and an umbrella which were very helpful. Silvana was very helpful and commutative, I would recommend staying here.

We had an amazing stay! Immaculately clean, great central location. Hosts were super clear, responsive and communicative, gave great recommendations. Only flag is that because this is right over looking the main square in old town, it was quite lively at night (even during week days), so worth packing a sound machine if you’re a light sleeper. It was what we were looking for though & would stay again.

Really and truly loved our stay here!! Just wished it was longer!! In our opinion it was better than a 5 star hotel! It was set up beautifully! The mini spa area was a perfect way to spend our evening after the whole day at the beach! There is a tv in almost every room which was wow! It was extremely clean! Its spacious! Modern and calming! The bed was comfortable! To make our experience even better was the prosecco we received on arrival!

We could have stayed forever! Loved the house, pool, and fresh air! 5 minutes to the beach town with many great restaurants. Perfect place if you want to explore Puglia.

Great place to unwind with the pool available for use and the nearby beaches a short walk or drive away. The listing is as described with everything you need. Only downside was a lot of the nearby restaurants and shops were closed due to the time of year we visited. Suspect during the summer months this would not be the case.

Great stay as a family and with our 4-legged companion (welcomed like a queen in this beautiful region of Puglia.) Secure land for your pet. Emidio, the owner of the Minetta villa, is very nice and human. From the beginning to the end of our stay, he was attentive, responsive and gave good advice. Thanks for the address of this great restaurant 😊 Small appreciable touches when we arrived. Snacks and fresh water in the fridge. The house is pleasant and comfortable, the pool is great and a beautiful beach a few steps away where we had a good time. We recently had the pleasure of staying at Giuseppe’s villa near Polignano a Mare, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, Giuseppe and his wife welcomed us with warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home. The villa itself is stunning, combining modern comforts with beautiful Italian architecture. The spacious living areas were perfect for relaxing, and the well-equipped kitchen made it easy to enjoy meals together. Each bedroom was beautifully decorated and provided a peaceful haven for a restful night’s sleep. One of the highlights was the outdoor space. The terrace and pool area were fantastic for soaking up the sun and enjoying the breath-taking views of the surrounding countryside. Plenty of areas for having breakfast outside and unwinding in the evenings with a glass of wine. The location is ideal, just a short drive from the charming town of Polignano a Mare.

I stayed in August with my family. It completely met our expectations. Two spacious rooms each with its own bathroom. Essential but welcoming furnishings. Top pool. Both the owner and Letizia ( the girl who welcomed us when we arrived) were very helpful and helpful when we had a family problem. Highly recommended.

My friend and I had a great experience at Paolo’s airbnb: clean, brand new, comfortable, compilant with the pictures. The roof patio is very cute: a real Italian experience!! Paolo is very Nice and very flexible, easy communication.

We has a wonderfull stay !! The check in process is really easy. The host was really helpful. Tha apartment is very well equiped and super clean. It has a lovely view to the port and has a great location - walking distance to the historical center of Monopoli. Quiet, nice, nice sunlight, all that is needed (dish washer, washing machine, elevator- I went with a 10month old baby and they had a crib and a high chair). And free parking right around the building. Highly recommend !!

Nadja is such a nice person and her apartment is a perfect base to explore the local area. she helped with so many things... i will be back again and i consider her a friend!

There was 3 of us that stayed at Filomena’s and we had a wonderful time. Great location close to the water. We especially enjoyed sitting on the rooftop for a few drinks in the afternoon.
