You can enjoy all the fun in Mesquite or drive 30 minutes to St. George and Zions area. It is 83 miles to Las Vegas. Or just enjoy the sun room where you can relax in the privacy of the backyard. THE POOL IS NOT HEATED! You are welcome to use the pool year round, but winter is like a polar plunge & summer warm.

Visit Zion National Park, rent a side x side's at Sand Hollow State Park or Logandale Trails, visit Lake Mead and The Valley of Fire or the Hoover Dam. It's all right here!

It is located apprx. 5-7 minutes from Mesquite Blvd, casinos, shopping, restaurants and all the golf courses. You can also drive your side-by-side right from the house to many trails for great riding!
