House with beautiful sea views and direct beach access. The house consists of a living room, kitchen, small bathroom, 3 bedrooms upstairs, two with double bed and one with single bed, and a fourth bedroom in the attic with a double mattress, accessible by a ladder. A veranda with barbecue completes the set. My children's toys are available for young tenants to use. Cleaning at guests' expense (€45). Towels and bed-sheets not provided. 1 parking space.

Comfortable family home in Quimiac, 10 minutes' walk to Lanséria beach. The house was completely renovated in 2024. It is located in a quiet hamlet where you can hear the birds and see the squirrels passing by. It offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, two toilets, one of which is separate, a living room, a dining room with open kitchen. The enclosed garden is entirely for guests only. Only the 2nd building – a garage – is not accessible to guests.

The 75 m² ground floor apartment with direct beach access is located directly on the dune of La Turballe's large beach. It consists of a 40 m² veranda kitchen/living room opening onto a large terrace and a sand garden, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilet, laundry room and entrance hall. Ideal house for 4 to 6 people but can accommodate up to 9 guests. House in "screen-free" mode: no WiFi, no TV. 4G is enough to stay a little connected.
