A very pleasant and refreshing stay! The cottage is charming, beautifully decorated, clean and very comfortable. The bedding is perfect, and the jacuzzi is a real plus for relaxing. The place is quiet, ideal for relaxation. The host was very responsive and attentive throughout the stay, with thoughtful welcome touches. I also benefited from a foot reflexology session and a cranial massage with Valérie, a real moment of well-being, absolutely top! I would recommend this place without hesitation and would definitely stay again.

We spent the weekend of Ascension with 13 people in this house. The weather was nice and it greatly contributed to everything going smoothly since we had our lunch and dinner outside. In the morning, breakfasts were taken indoors since everyone got up at the time they wanted. Even if the rooms are not very large, everyone found their place. And since there are two bathrooms and two toilets, life was easy. The kitchen is functional and met our expectations. What more can I say, there are many books, comics in case...

The large living-dining-kitchen overlooks a green garden with the beach at the foot of the garden. An extremely pleasant and intimate small private terrace. The rest of the land is shared but we did not meet the owners of the entire stay. The house is bright and tastefully decorated. The place is very nice in a quiet area of Piriac while being a 5-minute walk from the center. I highly recommend this home and hope to be able to come back soon Thank you for this unforgettable stay

We had a great time in this beautiful home! At most, we could say that the photos do not reflect the cocooning, airy and bright atmosphere that prevails in the house. Everything is there: equipment, children's corner, outdoor equipment, to have a great time. Even if it took a long time to figure out where the bread knife was "hidden"... 😁 Servane explained the check-in and check-out procedures to us well, we felt very welcome and it made us want to come back (we didn't read everything in the library)! Thank you very much for this little weekend, the accommodation is even better than described, the rooms are spacious, the kitchen is very well equipped and the garden is beautiful, the weather did not allow us to enjoy the terrace as much as we would have liked. Very well-appointed and well-designed modern apartment. Location in the center, 5 minutes from the train station, at the end of the very commercial Avenue du Gal de Gaulle, and barely 10 minutes' walk from the market. The beach and the embankment are a 10-minute walk away. there are plenty of restaurants and creperie 2 steps away, really great location.

The accommodation was overall in line with our expectations. It's clean and comfortable. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful gestures (the pancakes were excellent). Great communication with Philippe. It's a great value for money in this geographical area.

The apartment was lovely. Light, comfy, more spacious than you might think. A cosy design and style. Well located, a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk to the coast, easy access to town and area. Independent access to apartment with balcony, but above Valerie and Christopher if anything needed.
