Built at the top of the village, it offers stunning views of the mountains and the valley below. Full of sunlight, big balconies, windows, and a lovely fireplace, it’s perfect for a quiet stay. Just a few minutes’ walk from the archaeological site and close to local restaurants and mini markets.

Located right in the heart of Patras, this beautiful 2-bedroom penthouse apartment, sits inside a pre-war building which belonged to my Greek grandfather. The building hosts the oldest working elevator in Patras, though a new elevator brings you directly to the 4th floor, where you can enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Our "attic" is a traditional guesthouse overlooking the mountain of the Muses, Helicon, and Parnassus. Our accommodation is ready to accommodate families, couples and groups looking for a place that combines natural beauty, relaxation and extreme sports. It can satisfy your every wish, whatever season you choose to visit us. It is located in the traditional village of Steiri, which combines history, adventure, mountain and sea.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
