Beautiful three bedroom, two bathroom townhouse in a relaxed and quiet neighborhood on a small lake in just North of downtown Grand Junction. 10 minute bike ride to downtown, and walking distance to Colorado Mesa University and St. Mary's Hospital, as well as walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. Walking path around the lake (approximately 0.25 miles), with two peaceful outdoor porch areas overlooking a garden area and the lake. Great for families and larger groups!
