The house can be reached in 10 minutes by foot from the train station. The nearest tram stop is around the corner. By car you can easily reach your destination via the Kronenbrücke. It is 3 minutes to the university, 10 minutes to the pedestrian zone, 3 minutes to the indoor pool with outdoor area and large playground. Parking costs €10.00 per day.

The special feature is really the location in the second row to the main train station, the inviting balcony and the high-quality new furnishings. You'll want for nothing here. Münstertal offers many opportunities for hiking on the Belchen or Schauinsland mountains.Hiking trails right at your doorstep. Mountain biking is popular in the Black Forest. Ski lifts can be reached in less than 30 minutes.
