The village of Runcton lies within a few miles of the beautiful Cathedral City of Chichester, whilst the renowned beaches of West Wittering and Pagham with their nature reserves are both easily accessible. We are perfectly situated for those wishing to visit Goodwood - home of the Glorious Goodwood horseracing festival, Festival of Speed and Revival Meetings. The downland villages, with their picturesque pubs serving excellent food, are also close by. This makes Runcton an excellent choice for walkers, cyclists or those just looking to kick back and relax!

"Snuggledown" in this cosy self catering suite, situated at the end of a small, quiet, private cul-de-sac, yet in the heart of Felpham village with its varied shops, take aways and pubs etc. The beach and Butlins are approximately 10 minutes walk away. The room consists of a king-size bed, seating area with smart TV, wardrobe and kitchenette with kettle, toaster, microwave, and mini fridge. The Cart House dates back to the 18th century and is set within our grounds in the hamlet of Colworth, near Oving. The conversion was completed in July 2021 and is renovated to a very high standard offering the perfect couples getaway in the countryside. The luxury annexe is situated a short drive away from Goodwood, The South Downs, Chichester and The Witterings and is walking distance to the pretty village of Oving - sadly as of March 2025, the local pub is closed due to a fire.

The cabin is located in the garden of our house, which is just a short walk to Chichester’s centre, with great shops, pubs and restaurants. The museum, galleries, cinemas and the famous Chichester Festival Theatre are all within walking distance. Further afield, Goodwood race course and motor circuit are just 10 minutes drive away, with the south downs and lovely walks close by. Sussex's beaches are also just a few miles down the road.
