This cottage is offered at the price of 220 euros per night, linen provided (70 euro cleaning fee)

We do not charge extra for cleaning, just return the chalet clean and tidy as it was when you arrived.

The studio in the "Les Charmettes" residence offers a 25 m² space completely open to the sea. Exceptional views from your bed, during meals, from the kitchen or bathroom. You can admire the sunset as well as the entrance to the port and the beach. An aquatic center is located behind the residence. Linens and towels are included. A security deposit of €30 will be required for cleaning.

We were looking for a single-story, peaceful and unique house facing the sea to share sweet moments with family. We found it and it's called Vila Sepia, the sea as the only horizon. We decided to share our haven of peace when we are not there. Come and enjoy and admire the sea as well as the sunsets from our lovingly decorated interior, or from our large 1400 m2 garden.
