Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Merrylands

We wanted to find accommodation where we felt comfortable as my daughter was recovering from surgery. This place met our needs and we were extremely happy from the time we entered the house to the time we left. We communicated with Amy who was always quick to respond and very helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend.

Beautiful studio with attention to detail (great supplies in kitchen, good quality linens in bedroom and bathroom, good air con, easy to open/close shutters for privacy). Easy access to surrounding suburbs/restaurants/pubs/parks. Would stay here again when visiting Sydney.

This place is absolutely fantastic and there’s nothing to fault at all! The design of the whole place is well thought out and clean. The location is incredibly beautiful. George, Patrick and Dave were super responsive and helpful with any enquiries we had. It was a wonderful stay overall and my entire family had so much fun, they can not wait to come back already. I had so many friends asking for the Airbnb listing after seeing the pictures of the place so I can only assume how hard it would be to book this place in the future! The house was very warm and the kids loved it immediately. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. The kitchen and laundry are well equipped. It was very clean and even had jani promptly fix an issue with the bed linen as soon as we informed her. Although not her responsibility she agreed to post out some items left behind by my kids.

What a lovely home away from home. Comfy beds, well set up kitchen and lots of thoughtful touches throughout. Close to trains for access to city/Olympic Park. Located on a busy road but was quiet inside the house. Good security, Aircon/heating, large TV with streaming access and spacious living area made it an enjoyable stay for a family with teenagers. Thank you to Steven & Sophie who were very welcoming, and great with prompt communications.

From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed and at home. Everything was clean and tidy and so welcoming. Our daughter had stayed here last year and told us how good it was. We have grandchildren that live a few minutes away and this was perfect as close enough to be together but also a little reprieve from the high level energy. All the lovely touches were much appreciated and the couch was just so comfy to relax after a busy morning. No complaints at all, it was all fab (and I think I'm quite fussy too). Thank you so much Kaye, I am already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommended !!

Great value and excellent communication! We had one issue with the kitchen and the host made every effort to resolve and even find us a replacement cook top for our stay! Without a doubt a stellar place for a big group!

Wonderful hosts - location was also perfect as a springboard to Sydney sites and neighborhoods we were visiting. We loved our stay.

Felt like home in the perfect location! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay — the beds were comfortable, the views were stunning, and the setting was incredibly peaceful. The location is ideal as a base for exploring Sydney. The full-sized kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials, and having a washing machine and dryer was a great added convenience. Fredericos home was wonderful! The balcony and views are amazing and the location is fab. We managed to lock our phone in the house as we were leaving and Frederico was so helpful in us getting back in!

Nice location for the concert at the stadium. Easy to go to city too. Place so quiet, very peaceful. Beautiful view when you sit and relax in this place.

1 bedroom apartment with well appointed kitchen. Light & bright with nice aspect. Brilliant position just minutes walk into Potts Point cafes, shops & market & easy walk through the Botanical Gardens to the Opera House & onto Circular Quay. Kitchen basics supplied & good pod coffee machine. Was able to both checkin early & check out after the usually time which made depositing suitcases & enjoying our last morning there possible. Fabulous rooftop pool with BBQ & entertaining area which unfortunately the weather & timing meant we were not able to use. Pool towels supplied. Extra bathroom towels supplied & comfortable bed & linen. We had a terrific stay.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and in an excellent location. We came for a long weekend from Canberra with our kids. It turned out that Vivid was on and you could see some displays from the apartment balcony. John was very helpful, responsive and attentive, great host

Great location beautiful property well maintained

We had a wonderful stay in Coogee. The apartment was spacious, tidy, and well-appointed. The furniture and mattress were very comfortable, and all the amenities were clean and easy to use. Penny was a fantastic host—very helpful and lovely to meet in person. I’d definitely recommend this place to couples or families with children looking for a relaxed and comfortable stay.

I've rented Brendan's apartment a few times the past few years. It's in a great location, a Central station entrance is right next door, and plenty of local eateries nearby. The apartment was spotlessly clean as always and has everything you need for a long stay (washer, dryer, ironing board, reliable Internet, tv connections). Highly recommended!

What a pleasure it was to stay in this spacious, comfortable and well equipped home. Emily provides everything you need right down to umbrellas. The beautiful views over Whale Beach added a fabulous touch to this perfect airbnb. Emily and David were quick to respond, always helpful, and throughout my 10 day stay ensured that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the Northern Beaches.
