Vacation rentals with a sauna in Merritt Island

This was a great stay while my husband worked. Reasonable rate with the comfort of home. If you are planning to bring groceries maybe bring a cart or wagon to make unloading easier. I am thankful I had my daughter. I wish we stayed longer to use the amenities but I did enjoy the porch and the birds.

This stay was absolutely 5 stars across the board! I would give 10 if there were an option! We booked last minute due to our previously scheduled rental cancelling on us last minute. We were panicking and our host responded extremely quick, accepting our request for a stay approval immediately. We were in within minutes, we are so thankful because they saved our entire trip! It was directly on the beach, super clean and relaxing and the view of the beach on the patio was my absolute favorite! I sat out there and enjoyed the cool salty ocean air and beautiful ocean line for hours. It was very clean and there were several extra linens available. The kitchen is fully stocked. The beds are SO comfortable and the furniture is beautiful. There are a ton of beach items available (beach bag, tent, chairs, beach toys, a cooler to name a few). There is a paper in the drawer of the stand (next to table) that has suggestions for local places to check out which was super helpful! There is a lifeguard at the private beach behind the condo for most of the day, so that’s nice for people who have kiddos! There is a rinse off station just outside the beach area. The elevator is locked with a code so no one random can get in. The condos offer carts to help you get your things upstairs more easily and that’s super convenient as well especially if you have lots of items!! There is plenty of parking and it is free to park. The entire condo is gated in so it’s super safe. The pool is fantastic and the hot tub is super warm. This is located right off the main strip of A1A and is close to everything. Our host checked in with us a few times and was super responsive. We will definitely be back again. I would not stay anywhere else!!

Our stay at Scott's place was amazing! The condo was very clean, the location was perfect, and Scott was always available to answer our questions. The condo had everything we needed and the pool/hot tub access was a great plus. My friends and I had a memorable, fun week here! We would highly recommend staying here!

This place was perfect for our family’s spring break vacation! The resort had everything we could have wanted!! The pool was refreshing and not overcrowded, especially in the early evening. The kids loved the game room - complete with pool tables and an air hockey machine. The beach was so relaxing. There are umbrellas and chairs available to rent if needed. The walk to the beach is short - right down the wooden pathway. The showers along the way are great to rinse off the sand before heading back upstairs. The unit itself was pristine. We scored a spot on the 4th floor, so we had a great ocean view off the side of the balcony. There was plenty of space for 4 of us, and the well-stocked kitchen was wonderful for cooking meals in the evening! There is also an incredible seafood place 1/2 mile away - right next to Publix. We are already excited for the next time we’re able to visit!! Thanks so much for the perfect trip! ☺️

It was perfect for our girls weekend! The apartment was spacious and well lit. It was lovely sitting on the balcony and watching the boats. The pool was great. I would suggest if you are light sensitive while you sleep to bring an eye mask. ( the shades are not room darkening). There is a restaurant/tiki bar very walkable! 🙂 It was a little noisy, there is a draw bridge close by and you hear the cars. Overall, it was a great stay and looking forward to a return visit.

Wonderful family vacation. Felt right at home. Everything in the condo was immaculate and comfortable with clear instructions. Hallway closet was stocked with everything you’d need for the beach. We’ll be back.

We had an amazing time staying at this oceanside condo in Cocoa Beach! Traveling as a family of five, we found this property to be the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and relaxation. The condo is right on the beach, allowing us to enjoy breakfast on the balcony each morning while watching surfers ride the waves—an unforgettable start to the day. Being able to walk straight out to the beach and grab a prime spot for the day was such a treat. The condo itself was spotless and even more beautiful than the photos, exceeding our expectations. A highlight of our trip was witnessing two rocket launches from Cape Canaveral—one during the day and another at night—what an incredible experience! The location is ideal, with plenty of great restaurants nearby, but the beach itself remained wonderfully uncrowded, even during spring break. This was truly a fantastic getaway for our family, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

This place was great! Perfect for our purposes! Sayed here for 3 days prior to boarding a Cruise out of Port Canaveral. JJ and Jill were great to work with. Very grateful! We spent a week at Angie's place and we loved it! Angie is a friendly and responsive host and was easy to communicate with right from the start. The view of the ocean from the large balcony was gorgeous and it was such a treat to be able to walk to the beach in just a few short minutes. The unit was comfortable and clean and was well stocked with beach chairs, sun umbrellas and sand toys. We would recommend Angie's unit and hope to return again one day :)

Our stay was perfect! It was a perfect getaway from a-cold & gray New England.. the weather couldn’t have been nicer! Thanks you Melinie and staff for allowing us to check in early!! We love the unit especially the oversized balcony.. the king size bed was very comfortable! The pool hot tub and beach all steps away.. quiet side streets are great for walking biking scootering .. nice restaurants all around .. friendly people everywhere.. We will be back hopefully soon..

We were fortunate to have found Patrick's home. It was spacious for our needs. Great location with stores and restaurants nearby. Nice big park that is walkable and accessible. Beach is closeby, within 2 miles. We didn't use the kitchen but found enough kitchen items if we needed to. Nice decor. Will return.

great condo on the beach, literally only the dunes between the condo and the beach. Great views of the ocean, quiet location. Very clean, well kept condo with all the amenities! Will definitely consider staying here again! Very responsive and inviting host! Top Notch!

We really enjoyed our stay here, it comes with amenities like beach towels, plenty of cookware and silverware, we loved the older aesthetic we got from the home, One thing to note is always read the description , when I booked the house, it was purely off of the pictures, but you are “sharing” the backyard. We would love to rent the entire property next time we are in the area. My fiancé also did point out that the window facing the other property wasn’t completely covered by the curtains, we messaged the host and they very timely brought extra curtains to put up on the window, which we do appreciate greatly.

We had a wonderful stay! Michael was responsive to every question we had. We were able to see 3 rocket launches while there because he kept us informed. The house is beautiful inside and out. We were able to take our dog with us, which is always a plus! We fished every day from the dock and had a wonderful time!
