Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Merivale

We had the best weekend in the city celebrating a birthday and just loved Sue and Jeff’s fabulous apartment. We arrived to a birthday card and a bottle of bubbly, such a thoughtful touch and we loved all the other little extras that were provided. It was the most perfect location and we loved coming back to our warm, cosy and very relaxing abode at the end of the day. We will definitely return. Thanks Sue and Jeff.

This place is a gem! It had everything I needed for my 5 night stay. And so many things are within easy walking distance (cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, parks, museums). If I ever return to Christchurch, I’d love to book it again.

This apartment is charming, clean, quiet, and conveniently located. There are numerous excellent restaurants nearby, and the city center is just a 10-minute walk away. It provides a homely atmosphere that we truly appreciate. We adore this place and will certainly return. Highly recommended.

It’s a nice townhouse, but always feel cold downstairs. Bedroom doesn’t have air con.

This is a wonderful place in Cashmere. It is close to Cashmere hill outlook with beautiful views. You can also enjoy the view from a large window in room. The place is fully equipped with all you need for short and long stay. I stayed there for 4 weeks and I enjoyed every moment of it. Many thanks to Sue for offering this place. It was my first time in Christchurch and if I go there again, I will definitely stay at this place again!

Heidi's place is in a great location. Having 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms makes it a really good place to stay.

We were visiting family close by so this was a perfect relaxing and peaceful place to stay within walking distance. It’s a short taxi ride into the city which was very nice.

Awesome place! Perfect location for both Southern Cross and St George’s Hospital . Located just by Merivale Mall and lots of eateries and takeaways. Very close to bus stops. Apartment lovely and clean and has everything you need. Super comfy beds and great showers. Great couch too. I would definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay again

Cute little place. Right beside Merivale Mall which made shopping very convenient. Enough space for the 5 of us but wouldn’t want to be 8 like it suggests. Not having a separate loo from the bathrooms was a bit tricky to navigate. Should have thought that through. Kerrie was great answering messages and the cleaning was particularly impressive!

It was a great start to our family vacation in NZ. Amy’s place is cosy, clean and comfortable. Beds are comfy and with hotel quality linen…plus bakery and coffee shop downstairs, it definitely helps to start the day on the right foot. It is also located opposite Holey Moley - the mini -golf venue. We had so much fun with our 8 yo boy there:-) Thank you for a lovely stay, Amy. We also appreciate you allowed us to check in early in the morning on this occasion.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Susan’s! The house was spacious and adequately equipped. It was also very well located as it’s a very short drive and probably about 10-15min walk to the central city! Susan was also a great host — she’s very quick to respond to our queries, gave clear and easy instructions for checking in/out, and overall made our stay very enjoyable!

Really handy location and easy walking distance into the CBD. The garden/outdoor area could use a bit of a spruce up to make it useable but the place was otherwise was great and fulfilled our needs 😊

This is an absolute gem of an Airbnb, beautifully decorated has everything you need, and a five minute walk to the city. Everything is super convenient and Lily, our host, was quick to respond and patient. I will definitely come back!
