We loved our stay at Geoff's place. Location and parking was convenient. Wifi was excellent, and there was good water pressure in the shower. It is a very clean, comfortable and well-laid-out apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathroom supplies were well thought out. Geoff is a helpful, warm and friendly host who welcomed us with fruit cake. We would definitely stay here again.

this apartment is in a great location. it was excellent to have secure parking and coming out of the lift with all our luggage was easy as the apartment door was right there. the beds were really comfortable. the kitchen was spacious so was the lounge. we went to a show at the Iassac theatre and it was a perfect location, a minute from the theatre. my only regret is that we didn't stay longer.

5-10 minutes from city centre. Easy for uber rides if you don’t plan to drive around Christchurch. Unit was abit confusing to find at first, but we manage to figure out ourselves with Steve’s guide. Unit is super clean and tidy. My family and I really enjoyed the stay.

Had a great stay at Andy’s place! The whole house was spotless — from the kitchen and living room to the bedroom and bathroom. It was well-equipped with plenty of kitchen appliances and condiments, which made our stay really convenient. The location was also perfect, with the city within walking distance. Would definitely recommend it!

A child friendly space and our hosts set up the extra bedding before our arrival. A bit of road noise at night but nothing that was problematic. The townhouse was warm with comfy beds and great water pressure. Some street noise for the bedroom closest to the road, but wasn't bad. Would stay again when we come back to Christchurch!

Beautiful, adaptable apartment. Fabulous for families. The hosts were very responsive when we found that the iron was not working ( we needed to quickly prep for a wedding) and they also gave us an ironing board ( which wasn’t initially present). We were very very grateful for their rapid action. The apartment was squeaky clean. In summer, one will need to open the windows on the upper floor to get a cross breeze.

Wow!This place was spectacular, the views really were something special.Bernard provided some great helpful info about local eats and walks from the house.He was friendly and helpful.The walking options from the house were fab, we did a beautiful walk heading up into the hills from the house. The big bed was super comfy and the layout and space was perfect.We loved the hot tub and views.The bathroom was lovely and had everything you need.The dual wardrobe storage space was so comfy and spacious.We loved sitting by the window enjoying the view and we felt that we had privacy. This place has all the main things absolutely right.Some minor considerations would elevate this place to an extraordinary luxury option-for example updating all kitchen appliances,extra spa towels,setting up the windows seat with cushions, some basic instructions for TV options and some local recommendations and maps. Michael's property matched all descriptions perfectly. Communication had been great through check in all the way to check out. The property is located high up on Cashmere hills which unfortunately was out of scooter operating zone. You'll definitely need a car or Uber to get to the house. Overall, the property met our expectations and we had a comfortable stay.
