There is a beautiful canopy between the house and the bathroom. The house is close to Lake Maggiore and to the lake of Mergozzo, which can be easily reached with a 20 minute walk.

Le logement est au rez de chaussée d'une maison en pierre (sans autre occupant). La maison est à 5 mn à pied du centre historique du village, commerces et du lac (pêche, plage) Il est composé d'une cuisine intégrée, d'une chambre avec lit double, d'un salon avec canapé lit et d'une salle de bains. Le logement donne directement sur un jardin verdoyant avec terrasse équipée et vue sur le Mont Orfano : un havre de paix ! Idéal pour des vacances tranquilles dans cette belle région du lac Majeur.

Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

The house consists of three floors. On the lower floor there are two bedrooms, two beds in each, and one bathroom with a shower. On the middle floor there is one large bedroom with two beds. (It is possible to put an extra bed). On the top floor there is a small bedroom with one bed and and separate bathroom. Also on the middle floor there is a kitchen equipped with all necessary for cooking.
