The guesthouse is situated up upon a hill inside a 8,000 m2 private park full of Azaleas, Rhododendrons, and huge Chestnut Trees an easy 15 min. drive from either Arona or Stresa. Lakeside beaches, excellent restaurants and shopping facilities are within the close vicinity by car. A huge natural reserve with peaks offering panoramic views of lakes and alps can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The guesthouse's 60 m2 ground-floor apartment has an arcade covered patio and its own gardens.

Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Breath the fresh air from the valley.

Den Charme des Hauses machen besonders die Terrassen in Ost- und Süd-Westrichtung, die Panorama-Fenster und der Garten mit Weinlaube aus. Vier Schlafzimmer und drei Bäder sowie ein Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und ein Fernsehzimmer sorgen für Komfort. Das Haus ist gut geeignet für Familien (mit Kindern). Ein Auto ist erforderlich. La casa - 66 metri quadrati - ristrutturata con grande cura, è composta da: locale pranzo/cucina con veranda esterna affacciata sul giardino ; salotto, bagno di servizio e terrazzo con vista Lago ; camera da letto, con bagno annesso e abbaino con vista lago.
