Catherine welcomed us very warmly, despite our late arrival, messages with all instructions, lockbox and cake on the table to welcome us. The apartment was as described in the listing, very clean except for the dusty towel dryer. The location is ideal, quiet, very close to the city center on foot.

Jess' place was perfect for our week's skiing. She was in touch with us before our holiday with much help on ski passes and bakery deliveries. Easy check in. Perfect welcome pack after travelling. Jess was very responsive when we asked for local info. Apartment was lovely and quiet and had all we needed, very clean, comfortable beds, nice linen, easy to use kitchen, plenty of hot water, good TV. We managed to use a ski shop with storage (would recommend Berger Ski next to Pleney lift) so walked to and fro with ease. There are buses, but we didn't ever use. Would definitely return. Great week for 3! The accommodation is quite small but very practical and functional with plenty of storage space. It is quiet and very well-equipped and the sunny balcony with unobstructed views is very pleasant. And of course the station is great! Perfect welcome, I would recommend it.

Very nice apartment with beautiful views of the mountains . Next to the city center, and ski slopes. perfect for a family with children .

A fabulous ski week in Morzine. Rachel's apartment was perfect for us - 3 mum's each with our own double bed, and 3 sons in the triple room. The beds were really comfortable and each room is en-suite. We ate in most nights and the kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. I know Morzine well - this apartment is centrally located near great bars and restaurants. About a 10 minute walk to the 2 main ski (or bike) lifts. Rachel was very communicative before our stay, and Isobel who met us on arrival and departure was delightful, helpful and also communicative during our stay when we had a couple of questions. Fully recommend.

Very nice apartment, cosy and very well equipped. Beautiful location towards the Imperial, you can easily walk to the old town of Annecy and its lake, in about ten minutes. Do it again.

Well appointed and modern apartment, quiet in the evenings and beds extremely comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen and utensils. A short steep walk into town, or a longer easier route if necessary. 4m drive to the ski lift, we found parking every day. I’d recommend booking a ski locker in advance of a trip as they were all booked out over school holidays, so we had to keep skis in our car.

The accommodation is aptly named "MySweetArcs" is a cocoon in the heart of the resort. Very pleasant and functional accommodation, close to everything: lifts, shops, restaurant. Stéphane gave us all the information to access the accommodation and have a pleasant stay and Laurence welcomed us warmly with a lot of flexibility. Thanks to them, I recommend it 200%!!!

We had a great time, in karGlles' very nice apartment. Communication was extremely seamless and enjoyable. The space was sparkling clean, which is noteworthy!

We had a great stay at Paul’s apartment over the long Easter weekend. The apartment is perfect for two couples or a family, with all the amenities as described. We skied every day up in avoriaz due to it being late season, the apartment is a short walk from the bus stop which takes you to the bottom of the main lift up to the ski area. There is also plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance down in Morzine centre. Would highly recommend

Had a lovely stay for a 5 day break. The apartment had everything we needed and was cozy. The host was lovely and very helpful. Nice location and short walk to town. The only thing I would say is the listing suggests ski in/ski out which wasn’t possible. However, was only a 5 minute walk to the gondola from the apartment. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We had a great time with the family. The apartment was very clean, very functional and suitable for children. The environment is quiet, close to nature and there are plenty of activities to do with children. Ségolène was very welcoming and available. We will be back!

We were delighted with our stay. The apartment is very well-equipped and pleasant. The lake view is amazing! Access is also very easy and we were able to do everything by bike from the accommodation. The small beach nearby is also very nice. Thank you to the owners for providing us with paddles. It was a very relaxing holiday in a privileged environment. Again a big thank you to Jean-François and his wife for hosting us.

We had a lovely stay , where we enjoyed the peace and quiet. Impeccable apartment, very nice interior and exterior decorations. ( especially at night, it's beautiful) The hot tub is a plus to lounge after a good day of walking. Everything about it is excellent Maud is a caring host, all his explanations were perfect for our arrival. And responsive to the messages we were able to communicate. Recommended

We had a beautiful 5 day stay. François was extremely helpful and gave us information and recommendations. He was on hand to help us with any queries we had and went above and beyond. The place was amazing with a great addition with the hot tub and views. It was well equipped with everything you could need during your stay. I look forward to staying again the future!

Idyllic location, clean apartment and sublime decor! A blend of elegance and warmth provided by wood! Very cocooning! Great view from the balcony, very nice for breakfast! And access to the hot tub is just great! Comfortable mattress! Nice host and available without being intrusive! Lots of activities nearby! Will be back 👌🏽

We spent 1 night at Camille's apartment. It is located 15 minutes' walk from Old Town Annecy. Clean, functional and very pleasant accommodation. Parking space inside the residence, a significant point in Annecy. The bathtub with massage jets is a big plus!! Responsive and friendly host. I would recommend it
