Down a quiet cul-de-sac backing onto the town centre (access via the back-gate) cafes, restaurants and shops are just metres away. The beautiful white-sand swimming beach is 300 metres and the main boat ramp/ferry terminal is only 700 metres - a gateway to your Coromandel adventures! Each bedroom has a queen size bed (with electric blankets) sunny open plan living and a huge front lawn - perfect for families & boat parking.

Not suitable children. Short walk to Whitianga township. Private, comfortable and clean. Wifi reception intermittent, best at outside table. Queen bed, table, chairs, kitchenette in one room. Smart tv. Toaster, jug, microwave, toasted sandwich maker, cups, cutlery, tea, coffee, sugar. No other cooking allowed inside. Soap, towels, sheets, bedding supplied. Heater provided for winter, fan for summer. Lovely private outdoor area with table and chairs. Suit single person or couples. Max 2 Adults.

Freshly renovated studio room, blonded timber, quality modern fit out and restful decor make this room a pleasure to reside in. Please note there is no access to kitchen facilities (but we have fabulous local restaurants we can recommend!).
