My place is characteristic and enjoys an unparalleled view of the river which can be accessed with a ladder, an ideal place to enjoy the cool in summer by taking a nice bath or playing with the kids. The interior of the house is very well maintained and there are traces of the past, in fact it was used in past centuries to grind the olives of the town's farmers to produce the precious Ligurian olive oil. The house on the shore is a spacious and comfortable apartment located on the sea in an elegant building from the 1920s of the last century. Just two steps separate it from the famous beach. It has just been completely renovated with modern building techniques that make it fresh and quiet. It is fully air-conditioned and equipped with every comfort. The slightly elevated position allows you to have a great view of the sea even when the cabins of the beach resorts in front are set up.

The House on the Sea

Small house immersed in the Mediterranean flora, surrounded by pine trees and agaves, with a breathtaking view. Unique for its position overlooking the sea, quiet and isolated but easily accessible. The beach can be easily reached within a few minutes walk down the hill. There you have access to long cycle path that crosses the Ligurian Riviera. To the centre of Oneglia with its characteristic harbor is only 20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car.

We are happy to share with you our little paradise where you can recharge your soul. The breathtaking view is visible from all three terraces, where you can read a good book, take a nap or enjoying a nice massage in the whirlpool. Leave your daily life aside and enjoy the peace and just be. Thats why we named the place Bara Vara. Note that everything is included (no bad surprices with additional costs for cleaning, electricity, water etc)
