Fire pit & wood provided. 2 boat launches within a mile. WiFi/Netflix/streaming apps included. Short trail to the river. All cotton bedding and towels. 4 individual beds. Quality cookware & many kitchen supplies. Breakfast/snacks provided. Fresh eggs. Dogs are welcome with restrictions. Freshly Remodeled.

Private side entrance at ground level featuring large windows with natural light, private bathroom with toiletries, laundry room with washer/dryer, private family room with couch, TV with Hulu, wireless, microwave, coffee maker, bottled water, and a mini fridge. You have the entire floor to yourself, as we live upstairs. House is located in a quiet country subdivision. Deer, birds and other wildlife are daily visitors. Easy drive to Lambeau Field, the airport, and downtown Green Bay!

This house is just steps from a public beach, 230-slip marina, parks, beaches, restaurants, bars and shopping. You can park your car and never have to drive, enjoying the scenery, shopping, swimming and dining. The TV has local channels only, no cable. Menominee is 50 miles north of the city of Green Bay on the bay of Green Bay. Door County is a 2-hour car ride and an hour boat ride across from Menominee. This is a cute 3-bedroom, 1.5 bath house in downtown Menominee on a quiet street.

Relax and unwind in this dog-friendly (additional fee) 1 & 1/2- story home exclusively yours to enjoy. Enjoy the sights and sounds of wildlife as you sit by an outside fire, grill out, or curl up on an oversized chair with a steaming cup of coffee. Bring your bikes as downtown and beach/park are just a short ride away. The Pinecone Cottage is one of the units at Winding River Cottages on the Menominee. There is one other cottage and one house also on the property. This cottage is directly on the Menominee River, very close to Marinette, WI/ Menominee, MI. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, a full kitchen with full-size stainless steel appliances (stove/oven, refrigerator, over-the-stove microwave), and a living area with a 50" TV, chair, and futon, which can convert into a full-size bed.
