Wir befinden uns in einer ruhigen Siedlung und haben alles was man braucht und kann dies auch zu Fuß erreichen. BMW Haltestelle sowie die öffentliche Bushaltestelle ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Untergeschoss, mit Tageslicht Fenster. Es sind drei Zimmer, ein Badezimmer und eine Gemeinschaftsküche. Buchung nur fürmindestens 2 Personen

Patrick war ein guter Gastgeber, der sich lieb gekümmert hat. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und proaktiv. Grosses Lob, weiter so. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt gegenüber vom Haus. Die Couch hat eine ausziehbare 90x200 Matratze, die ausreichend ist. :) Das Bad ist das Highlight des Appartments. Aber auch der Rest ist mit liebe zum Detail und praktisch geplant worden. Super, für einen Kurztrip. :) Ich wurde herzlich über eine Kreidetafel und mit einem Snackkorb begrüßt. Top. Alles in allem, schöne Unterkunft. :)

Ahmed is an excellent host. He is accommodating and communicative. The area is nice and peaceful, and is right outside of town (5-10 mins driving). I work from my laptop, and the home was very quiet and is perfect if you want/ need somewhere to rest, relax, and/or do laptop work in silence. The home was also very clean and tidy. In terms of the private bedroom area, I loved the room and the way it was decorated with the chandelier, plenty of closet and drawer space, and a desk. The bed was comfortable and cosy, and I slept well. Having a balcony attached to the room was great too. Thank you Ahmed for being such a kind and wonderful host!

Die Wohnung von Gerda hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Fotos in der Anzeige werden der Wohnung nicht gerecht. Sie ist sehr schön und schlicht eingerichtet , was genau unserem Geschmack entspricht. Dazu noch alles tadellos sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die schöne Terrasse und der überdachte Parkplatz runden das alles noch ab! Rundum eine tolle Erfahrung und Gerda wird bei unseren nächsten Landshut-Reisen unsere erste Anlaufstelle sein! Vielen Dank noch einmal.

Wir waren eine Nacht bei Petra und Alfred und waren zu 100% zufrieden, Das Zimmer liegt im oberen Stock eines Einfamilienhauses, Petra und Alfred bewohnen den unteren Stock. Die Gästewohnung ist sehr groß. Das Zimmer sehr geräumig und mit schönem Balkon. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls groß und die Küche hat wirklich alles, was benötigt wird. Eine so wunderschöne und super sauber Unterkunft. Besonders die Gastfreundschaft und die netten Gespräche mit Petra und Alfred waren wunderbar / keinesfalls aufdringlich! Heute Morgen waren wir dann noch zum leckern Frühstück bei Ihnen. Kurz: Eine absolute Buchungsempfehlung für diese so tolle Wohnung mit so freundlichen Vermietern. Dankeschön:)
