Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

Appartement spacieux dans une partie du Château. Cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée. Vous pouvez marcher directement sur le domaine de 47 hectares. Trois chambres pour 6 avec 4 lits: 90 (2) ou 180 (2) cm de large. Salle de bains (avec baignoire) et les toilettes sont séparées. Piscine fonctionelle de 9 x 4 mètres (ouverte du 1er mai au 1er novembre). Il y a un signal de Wi-Fi mais il y a également un signal 4G. Pensez "débranché, retour à la nature/à l'essentiel", à l'air pur, etc.

Upstairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family, or friends... You can go soak your feet in the river that is just around the corner from the house or have a barbecue... Otherwise come and chat with the neighbors
