Our spacious 2+1 apartment, located on the main street in the center of Özdere, is a 5-minute walk from the sea. Ideal for children, very close to the public beach with sand and shallow sea. A total of 4 adults can stay with a double bed, a single bed, sofa beds in the living room and an extra bed. Dishwashers and washing machines, air conditioning, complete kitchen utensils can be used. There is a table for four people on the large balcony. Our building offers the comfort of a two-story, quiet and peaceful detached house.

Seaside cottage 1 (DENİZE SIFIR YAZLIK))

The cottage is certified by the Ministry of Tourism. The house is located in a settlement and is directly connected to a seafront promenade. From there, the nearest village Ürkmez can be reached on foot in 15 minutes (bakery, supermarkets, weekly market, pharmacy, doctors, restaurants, etc...). The big city of Izmir (40 kms) can be reached by bus/dolmus (minibus) ,or by taxi . In front of the house is 50 meters away from the sandy beach. In the house is drinking water refrigerator.(Sebil) and 3 air conditioner .

Our house is 300 m from İpekkum beach. ( Our house is 5 min by foot to İpekum beach which is famous with silky-sand.) Seferhisar-Kuşadası and Selçuk-Ephesus are 30 minutes away. (Just 30 min away by bus to Ephesus, Seferhisar & Kuşadası.) You can also reach it in 45 minutes from Cumaovası by bus no. 776. You can reach to Gümüldür with bus 776 from Cumaovası station wich is just 1 stop away to Adanan Menderes airport The house has air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, hot water, TV.
