With off street parking for two mid size cars and a south facing (sun trap) garden, Jasmine Cottage is a perfect base for a Suffolk getaway. The cottage happily sleeps four but is perfect as a luxurious retreat for two. Location is amazing - Just a few minutes walk from the Market Hill, the Thoroughfare and glorious River Deben. Dogs welcome (fully enclosed garden).

Our hosts left us a Hapoy Anniversary card, and had champagne waiting for us! The beds had real linen and the pillows were perfect. When the listing said “immaculate,” that didn’t prepare us for what we actually experienced. It beyond immaculate. There wasn’t a cobweb nor smudge anywhere. We were able to relax and enjoy our 40th as soon as we walked in. It is perfectly located, and we could walk anywhere. Thanks again!

Wonderful relaxing stay at Richard & Toby's lovingly restored cottage. Comfortable and spotless with a beautiful garden. Can't recommend highly enough!

Beautifully renovated old character cottage. Clean and everything provided for a comfortable stay. Stairs are narrow and almost vertical, so not for anyone with mobility problems. Little courtyard garden catches the sun, and lovely for that evening drink! My dog settled in quickly and I found the area around quiet and good for walking him in the morning. No parking with the property, but we always got spaces extremely close by during our stay. Very close to town centre, with both dog friendly pub, and tea room for breakfast, if you don't want to cook your own!

The perfect location for my Archeological adventure at Sutton Hoo. Peaceful, comfortable and warm. Jane was a fab host who made me feel very welcome.

Lovely, clean, quiet cottage set well back and tucked in. The inside is well appointed and comfortable and cozily furnished. Outside there are table and chairs to enjoy breakfast outside or the late afternoon sunshine. Woodbridge town centre is lively and there are plenty of good places for coffee and to eat. We enjoyed a walk to the Sutton Hoo ship burial site and museum: the path along the tidal river bank is scenic and interesting and takes about an hour.

Its central location is perfect: just minutes from pubs, shops, and the vibrant heart of Woodbridge, yet it remains tranquil, offering restful views over the River Deben. Henry himself was a warm and responsive host, always quick to reply and ensuring everything was smooth and enjoyable. This stay was exactly what I needed, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, characterful space in Woodbridge.

Wonderful few nights spent in this lovely property, clearly recently refurbished and spotless inside. Everything you could need in the Kitchen for a short stay. We were really lucky with the car parking right outside. Would highly recommend for it's central location and relaxed style
