Small Paradise above the Walensee

Guests have a separate apartment with their own kitchen, bath and living room but they share the same entrance to the house with the owner. All the surroundings of the house can be used by the guests. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, electric stove, cooking utilities (inclusive herbs, vinegar and oil) cutlery and tableware. Food needs to be brought by the guests. The nearest store is a 30min drive away. A Fondue-Set is available upon request. There is also a Nespresso machine inclusive capsuls and an open fire place right next to the house. The main bedroom includes a double bed (1.40m) and there is another separate room with a single bed, inclusive bedding. The bathroom comes with towels, shampoo, shower gel and a hair dryer.

Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. The Chammweid vacation home is located in the countryside on Gamserberg at approx. 950 meters above sea level. The location is quiet and offers a magnificent view over the St. Galler Rheintal and a magnificent mountain backdrop all around. The large seating area invites you to enjoy nature and simply unwind. This beautiful, spacious apartment on 130m2 (incl. terrace) is located in the Walensee resort and characterized by its location directly on the lake and the wide view of the mountains. From this location you are just a few minutes walk from the Flumserberg gondola lift, 150m from the Unterterzen train station or right on the lake. The location is ideal for sports activities in winter as well as in summer. The region is very attractive and still an insider tip away from traffic and mass tourism.

Walkers Cottage, Home away from Home

This Newly renovated cottage is situated in the beautiful Mountains over looking the Walensee, with spectacular views of the Churfirsten. Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy

Modern guest suite with seating, hot tub, sauna

New, modern guest apartment in the attached part of the house. The studio apartment has three rooms connected by 4 and 7 steps. The middle room with living room/dining room and kitchen is very bright with a view of Sargans Castle. The upper seating area offers a great panoramic view of the castle and Mount Gonzen. The guest apartment is ideal for 2–5 people. Large double bed downstairs, bunk bed and single bed in the upstairs room. Use of hot tub, sauna and washing machine on request.

Welcome to the small oasis in the middle of Sargans. The studio is located in our single-family home in a quiet neighborhood in the center of Sargans. The cozy accommodation can accommodate 2 people. A comfortable sitting area, dining and work table, Delizio coffee machine, large double bed (180 x 200 cm) and private seating in the idyllic garden provide space and relaxation. Very centrally located, it is an ideal starting point for many activities and excursions.

The entire living, dining and sleeping area as well as the shower and separate toilet are built in modern light-flooded wooden construction.
