Stabburet, Nordeng

The place is located about 1 km from the ferry dock on Ågskardet, close to the sea. View from the house, to fjords and mountains in the area. Good opportunity for mountain trips, both easy and more demanding. Best suited for 2, or a small family. The house is from the 1800s, but renovated and new bathroom with shower in 2017. Formerly a granary, but housing since 1946, and has retained some of the original character. Equipped for simple cooking, with a stove. Refrigerator and freezer. Electric car charging only by appointment in advance. One bedroom, steep stairs up.

A short walk along the promenade takes you past a rich selection of restaurants and nightlife on the way to the city center. Here you will find a shopping center, library, concert hall and most of what the city has to offer. The apartment is furnished with the Compact Living concept, with a practical cabinet bed and kitchen table that can easily be pulled out if needed 400 m from the airport 600 m from grocery store

Nostalgic schoolhouse near beach and mountains

Idyllic Storvik is a small village on the far side of the Nordland coast in the middle between Saltstraumen and Svartisen. The surroundings are sea, mountains, sandy beach and fishing waters. Here you can stay in the old village school that we in the family have transformed into a modern apartment. There are several marked hiking trails in the area. They range from very easy, to more advanced trips for real "mountain goats". If you prefer to relax on the beach and enjoy nature from a distance, it is perfectly possible from the 1.5 km long sandy beach.

We rent out a new and great apartment in a unique natural area overlooking Tjongsfjorden and as a starting point for fishing trips and trips in the fields and mountains! You can borrow a boat from us and use our barbecue hut, the possibility to fillet fish is on site. We are a registered tourist fishing company. Daily connection with the mainland by ferry or local boat to/from Ørnes and express boat to/from Bodø/Sandnessjøen. You may observe the amazing Northern Light from September.
