Stabburet, Nordeng

The place is located about 1 km from the ferry dock on Ågskardet, close to the sea. View from the house, to fjords and mountains in the area. Good opportunity for mountain trips, both easy and more demanding. Best suited for 2, or a small family. The house is from the 1800s, but renovated and new bathroom with shower in 2017. Formerly a granary, but housing since 1946, and has retained some of the original character. Equipped for simple cooking, with a stove. Refrigerator and freezer. Electric car charging only by appointment in advance. One bedroom, steep stairs up.

If you are lucky you can also experience cruise ships, royal ships and large sailing ships, passing by. Sandhornøy has a rich wildlife and just outside the lake house you can experience both moose, deer, hare, otter, eagle and grouse. In summer, Finnvikhaugen is the perfect place to experience the midnight sun and in winter you can experience the Northern Lights. There are great hiking trails and the possibility for mountain hikes.

Idyllic Storvik is a small village on the far side of the Nordland coast in the middle between Saltstraumen and Svartisen. The surroundings are sea, mountains, sandy beach and fishing waters. Here you can stay in the old village school that we in the family have transformed into a modern apartment. There are several marked hiking trails in the area. They range from very easy, to more advanced trips for real "mountain goats". If you prefer to relax on the beach and enjoy nature from a distance, it is perfectly possible from the 1.5 km long sandy beach.

We rent out a new and great apartment in a unique natural area overlooking Tjongsfjorden and as a starting point for fishing trips and trips in the fields and mountains! You can borrow a boat from us and use our barbecue hut, the possibility to fillet fish is on site. We are a registered tourist fishing company. Bedroom 1: double bed, Bedroom 2: two single beds Loft with 2 beds. Bathroom w/ washing machine, shower, toilet. Open living room/kitchen solution with stove, fridge, dining table, sofa group, wireless network and TV. Terrace with seating area and great views. Short distance to great hiking opportunities in the area.

Bolga is a beautiful island on the Helgeland coast with approx 85 friendly inhabitants, a grocery store and a tavern. Daily connection with the mainland by ferry or local boat to/from Ørnes and express boat to/from Bodø/Sandnessjøen. You may observe the amazing Northern Light from September.
