The house is on a farm with the forest right behind and a large garden with a grass lawn. The apartment has all the amenities, such as a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with toilet/shower and washing machine. 4 beds (double bed + sofa bed) If there are more of you in the group, there is room for your own mattress or a child's cot. A few hundred meters away, there is a wind shelter with a barbecue area by a pond. A wood-fired natural sauna can be rented for an additional SEK 500.

Quiet but central location. 5-minute walk to shops and restaurants. Close to Lake Vänern, forest & nature, shopping center & attractions like the Aqueduct in Håverud. Cleaning is included. Bed linen & towels are extra.

In Håverud, for example, there is an aqueduct that is over 150 years old. Close to swimming/camping, approx. 5 km, local shops/shopping center in central Mellerud. Padel center is a few kilometers away. In Mellerud, there are also good train connections between Gothenburg and Karlstad.

NOTE: Cleaning is not included! The house should be left in the same condition as upon arrival, otherwise a cleaning fee will be added.
