Quiet but central location. 5-minute walk to shops and restaurants. Close to Lake Vänern, forest & nature, shopping center & attractions like the Aqueduct in Håverud. Cleaning is included. The apartment of about 60 sqm spread over 2 floors is located in a barn overlooking the meadows just a 5-minute walk from Göta Älv. There is a fully-equipped kitchen and sheets and towels are included. Bus is 2 km away that takes you to Älvängen where you can take the commuter train to Gothenburg in 20 minutes. In Älvängen center, there is everything you can think of in service grocery stores, pharmacy, shoe store, flower shop, etc. In Ale municipality there are golf, hiking trails, bike paths, paddling opportunities, fishing waters, etc.

Do you want to get out into the countryside with a fantastic view of fields where you usually see deer, hares and other wild animals strolling around and grazing? The apartment is above the garage on the farm and has an open plan where the kitchen, living room and hall are in the same room, bedroom and a balcony. The farm is located about 10 minutes from Vara where there is a station, concert hall, bathhouse with adventure area as well as local shops and much more. On the farm, there are also our two horses, two small dogs and two cats.

Bedroom with 3 places in bunk bed. (Lower bed 120 x 200) Upper bed (90x200) Living room with sofa bed for two. (140x190) Travel bed. The apartment has WiFi and TV included. Wifi and high-speed wired internet are available for a fee. Adjacent to the apartment is a laundry room with a drying room. Parking next to the accommodation.

Gång och cykelväg intill lägenheten som går hela vägen in till Nossebro. Sista onsdagen varje månad anordnas Nossebro Marknad som är 120 år gammal och är Sveriges äldsta och största månadsmarknad med sina 500 marknadsplatser.

Approximately 15 minutes to Lidköping city center. Sauna suitable for 2-3 people. There is no oven in the apartment. Parking in the carport under the apartment. Possibility to park larger carriages in the gravel yard.

In the apartment, you can enjoy both sea views and evening sun.
