Our accommodation has a 180° view of Concarneau Bay, the Glénan Islands on the horizon. At your disposal on foot: the beach (250m), a relaxation and wellness area (thalassotherapy at 350m), a quality restaurant (4 restaurants including that of the thalassotherapy). Still on foot, you will reach the closed city (25 minutes, pedestrian path), tourist heart of Concarneau, or you will stroll on the GR34. Located on the floor of a house of contemporary architecture, it will surprise you.

Charming little house near the beaches

A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. You will be charmed by this old 18th century bread oven, completely restored for a stay in the heart of Pouldu where everything is done on foot: (in season) bakery, restaurants, bars, grocery store, all surrounded by six beaches, each as charming and different from each other.

Quiet house with character, Loctudy – Lesconil

Ideally located 1.8 km from the charming port of Lesconil and the large white sandy beach. Living room, open kitchen, living room/wood-burning stove, sofa bed, bathroom: shower and toilet. Upstairs on mezzanine, the staircase to access it is steep, with 2 beds (90 x 200). Beds are made on arrival for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. Possibility of lunch/dinner outside in the shared courtyard of this Breton farmhouse (south facing). Baby kit available on request.

Studio description: 1 balcony, a living room, 1 over-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, 1 separate toilet, individual heating.

For greater accessibility, Sunset is on the ground floor. <br><br>

Penty, 6 km from the sea

This pretty penty adjoining our house is ideally located in the quiet countryside but also 5 minutes from the center of Concarneau and 6 km from the beaches. The penty is perfect for family vacations. For the months of July and August we only accept weekly requests from Saturday to Saturday. We do not provide sheets or towels, unless you request it, we charge 10 euros per set of bedding.

I welcome you, in the middle of the woods, in a pleasant 40 m2 guest house, new and single-storey with a separate entrance.
