Just like the photos, this unit was clean, tidy, easy to access, and comfortable for my quick overnight stay!

Barbara is lovely, friendly and incredibly helpful - a joy to be with. The garden is an oasis and the location is within a couple of minutes of the train, great shops and eateries. It is also close to the beach. The bungalow is cozy with everything you could need. I highly, highly recommend staying here. Thank you so much Barbara 🌸

This is a beautiful little spot in a convenient part of Melbourne - tram and trains very close as is a choice of cafes, restaurants and shops. Vicki and John were very helpful when they heard I wasn’t well - that was appreciated. Next time I stay I will be hoping for better health and warmer weather!

Very quiet location. Studio warm and bed comfortable. Studio well appointed and would suit longer stay. On street parking. Adam and Simone were great hosts. They respected your privacy but were more than happy to assist if needed. Short walk to cafes on Turner Street, short drive or longer walk to Patterson Street shopping strip, IGA supermarket and train station to CBD. A lovely stay.

We had a lovely stay at the Treetops Cottage. The accommodation was clean and well appointed with a well stocked kitchen. Sally was kind enough to have cofee, tea, milk and some other necessities on hand for us to use. This included Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash etc in the bathroom. Plenty of clean linens/pillows/towels/blankets were provided to use. The property was lovely and peaceful and matched the photos and description perfectly. It was nice to have a cozy space after long cold days in sports stadiums and the heating was adequate for the space. The bed was very comfortable and the pull out sofa bed was easy to use and perfect for my 11yr son. Sally and her partner were very lovely and welcoming while still allowing us our privacy, however made it known that we could reach out if anything was needed. I would not hesitate in recommending others to stay and would gladly return myself.

This stay was absolutely wonderful! The host and their family were extremely welcoming and thoughtful. They provided us with a fully stocked kitchen (fruit, spices, drinks, bread, eggs, milk ect). The space was comfortable, clean, and had unique decor. The family took time to bond with us and offered us delicious coffees to go when we checked out (they also own a delicious cafe!) The house is stocked with books, card and board games. Additional highlights include their dog which is incredibly friendly and well behaved, as well as the good location (near shopping centres and brief drive to the CBD). Thank you for the amazing experience, we enjoyed our time greatly!!

We loved our stay here! Fitzroy is our favorite neighborhood and the location made it easy to get to all of the shops and restaurants while being far enough away for some peace and quiet. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

It’s always fantastic to find such a terrific dog friendly place to stay and this apartment in Elwood is superb. Within easy walking distance to cafes, restaurants, beach, parks. Secure parking, and a fabulous roof top area with views to the city and the bay. The apartment is spacious, clean, so warm and very comfortable. Our host was super - helpful, friendly, responsive and so very generous and thoughtful with everything. Highly recommend staying here and I really hope to do so again on our next visit to Melbourne.

Well where do I start? On behalf of my wife & I we would like to say thank you Yulia for allowing us into your beautiful bnb. It's like a hidden gem tucked away until you walk into it, only then you will understand. Highly recommended, communication was on point - I asked for an additional night without no problem which was adjusted pretty much immediately which was awesome. Great short stay. Gorgeous little cottage that was so easy for accessing that side of town. Absolutely spotless and incredibly cosy. Anthony and Beatriz had warmed our stay on a cold winters day by putting on our heating in advance. Just right ! Many thanks again.

Very much enjoyed my stay at Lis’ place. Lis was very friendly and helpful and the premises was great for me and my two pups. Lots of space inside and a nice big deck too that is private. It accommodated the pups nicely with a dog door to get inside freely and extra dog bowls etc. I’ll certainly be back next time I’m in Melbourne! Thanks Lis.

Bonjour, Nous avons apprécié passer une petite semaine au sein de ce studio avec un bon rapport qualité prix comparé aux prix du marché sur Melbourne ! Il dispose en plus d'une petite terrasse extérieure sympa pour boire un petit verre au soleil et également pour y stocker en sécurité un vélo ou un scooter ! Il est situé pas loin de restaurants et c'était plutôt calme dans la rue le soir ! Je recommande à 100 %

Small but tidy and neat apartment, well equipped with necessary kitchen wares, clean and quiet place, close to city by walk. It will be more than perfect if can add one more folding chair in the room.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral, aber dennoch ruhig. Es hat alles, was man braucht. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten (wie z.B. Salatschüssel oder Auflaufform) fehlen in der Küche. Auf Nachfrage durfte ich bereits viel früher einchecken, was für mich eine große Erleichterung war. Preis pro Nacht ist ein bisschen teuer. Aber ich hab den Aufenthalt trotzdem sehr genossen und würde wieder kommen!
