Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Melbourne City

This is a hotel room which the hotel rents out on Air BnB. The room is like a mini appartment with a kitchen and washing machine. As it is part of the hotel I can use their pool and gym which is off site. There is a restaurant with great food and also the front desk staff are great! There is a team stop just up the road and is only 3 min walk down to the river where is there lots of restaurants and cafes. We will he staying here again. Thanks!

Thank you so much for your wonderful communication and helpful advice leading up to our stay. We found the unit perfect for us. Just 700m from the North Richmond train station (2 stops to MCG Jolimont station) and with tram services at the end of the street, it made our transport choices easy. We loved our stay and would definitely book again next time we are in Melbourne.

Apartment is actually quite spacious for being in CBD. It was as detailed, clean and check in/out took 2 minutes overall. Would stay again.

Great place to stay

Great location with easy access to everything, including public transport into city. Views of the bay from the room and rooftop were amazing. Parking options were good.

Right in the heart of CBD, perfect for a place to stay! Close to emporium and a variety of different food restaurants and dessert places. Room was perfect, great view from above and spacious. Would definitely rebook if given the chance!

Great apartment. All bedrooms are upstairs but overall it’s a well laid out apartment. Great location, very secure (the lock on the door to the lower ground balcony is difficult, but just reach out to Urban Rest for advice if you’re having trouble with it as they were very responsive when I had concerns about it!) & well appointed.

I stayed for a little over a month at Joanne's place, and overall I am satisfied with the stay. Location is great and can easily walk into the city under 5 minutes. Bed is comfortable and TV/wifi were great. This place also has a nice view of the sunset. Toiletries were sufficient for a long term stay. There is also a nice skygarden, pool and gym as well that guests can use after completing induction, which I enjoyed. Only negatives I had was that I was relocated from a different unit to this one due to AC issues, and I was charged a small additional fee even after confirming with host that there should not be additional charge. I understand that host can be busy but I did not hear back on my questions sent to the host at least two weeks before my check out. This place has no dryer but has drying rack. Since windows don't open, clothes can smell a little damp after wash. Pleasant stay otherwise and would recommend! Would be better if it had wall adapters for international guests.

We had a wonderful stay in Melbourne with Q Squared! The location was perfect – just a short walk to the tram, close to Victoria Market, and surrounded by great bars and restaurants. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Just a note: there isn’t a coffee machine in the room, but there’s a kettle for instant coffee. With so many cafes nearby, a machine isn’t really necessary! The team was super helpful with any questions we had and even shared some great local recommendations. The pillows were incredibly comfy, and while the mattress was just okay, it was as expected for an Airbnb-style stay. Having parking included was a huge plus. Overall, a great experience!

Had a fantastic stay at this property! The location is super convenient — there's a supermarket just across the street, and the train station made it easy to reach the city in just 10 minutes. I especially enjoyed the nearby park and cafe, perfect for a morning walk and coffee. The bed was incredibly comfortable — honestly better than what I’ve experienced in some 5-star hotels. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely love to come back!

Zitian was easy to communicate with, very responsive, and wonderfully flexible with timings for us. Having keys in a lock box and accessible whatever time you arrived was very helpful! Apartment was comfortable and clean, and a two minute walk to the free tram zone. Just what we needed!

Alliyah responded to any questions I asked in a short time, that made us comfortable in communicating. Such a tidy and pretty place and easy to get on transport to anywhere.

Very nice apartment with great view. Apartment was new and clean. Woolworth is in the same building. Swimming pool is very nice.
