Apartment vacation rentals in Melbourne Beach

Very responsible host great location, 30 second walk to the beach ! Who saw rocket launches and went to the Kennedy space center two days, that alone was worth the trip Highly recommended!

Awesome place!! Exactly as pictured and it was spotless. We love to travel and we’ve had our share of horror stories so we were so excited to find a place on the beach that was as clean as it was beautifully decorated. It’s an old 50’s style updated apartment. It’s centrally located in Old Melbourne and the beaches here are beautiful. Kurt was awesome to work with and responded immediately to any questions we had. We’d def stay here again! :)

Absolutely fantastic place, very modern, everything was of high quality and spotlessly clean. Nice comfortable bed, very quiet area, great nights sleep. The host was also amazing, supplied all of the necessary information well in advance.

Adam and Patricia’s place met all of our needs and exceeded our expectations. Our family felt right at home. The area is so private, the pool is great! Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed our time and definitely want to go back.

Comfortable stay, very clean - high quality bed linens and well stocked kitchen with all the usual odds and ends one might need. Lucky to have cool, low humidity weather and the patio was awesome to relax. Temperature in the Airbnb was easy to control with the fans and wall hvac, in unit laundry was helpful as I was coming off a business trip. Would recommend and would stay again, a slightly earlier posted check-in and slightly later check-out would improve my overall sentiment but everything was great, couldn’t have asked for much more. Much better value for money than comparably priced local hotels.

We had a wonderful stay! The walk to the water was quick and convenient, the pool was nice and relaxing, all extra accommodations were appreciated. I would say to bring your own soaps/shampoos but that’s just our preference. Would definitely stay here again!

Jo is just a great host. This was our 2nd stay at this condo and all is great. Jo reaches out and provides all the info that is needed well ahead of time. She is also easy to reach during your stay. The condo is great and views of the ocean our breathtaking. The area is wonderful and the ocean is 125 steps from the front door. Even saw a rocket blast off from Cape Canaveral. Already booked our stay for next year. Just wonderful working with Jo.

Great location, as close to the beach as you can be. Nicely maintained, spacious main bedroom, nice walk in shower. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make a meal at home. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking out at the ocean, which is exactly as the picture shows.

Very quite and a perfect location. Susan was onsite for my arrival and departure making it a very lovely stay.

The property was magnificent. The bathroom in our suite was inconvenient, located between the bedroom and the living quarters. The hideabed was uncomfortable for sitting. The grounds were beautiful, lots to see and do. would definitely go back again. Thanks for a great vacation KC.

We spent a few nights here with our 1 year old and it was perfect! The pool was warm and never fully busy- plenty of recliners at all time of the day! The beach was wonderful with just 100 steps away! Our toddler loved the putting green and walking around the complex. We always felt safe and all the neighbors were so friendly. The condo was clean, had all the essentials and more! If we weren’t expanding our family we would be back year after year! 10/10 recommend Ivars and Stephanie’s place if you are looking for a cozy beach getaway!

I can honestly check off every box and give the property five stars all the way across. We cannot wait to come back! We love it here! Being only an hour from home it made for the perfect relaxing getaway that we didn’t have to worry about an exhausting drive to get to. The outside area is amazing and the beach is not even 10 minutes walking distance. Communication was stellar from the time of booking through the duration of our stay. We had both first floor apartments for a graduation getaway for my daughter and a few friends. The apartments are exactly as pictured. The only thing we wish had been different was that we could have been there longer. We WILL be back! Thank you for EVERYTHING!!!

Hedy's place is all about the location. Just steps to get across the dune to the beach. The lodging is as described and as shown in the pictures. Its not fancy but is clean, convenient, and very livable. Very much an old Florida vibe with a very friendly, proactive, and communicative host. Perfect for my little spring break getaway with my daughter.

Steven was very responsive to e mails. The house was very neat and clean. Very close to restaurants and shops in old Cocoa Village. Would defiantly stay here again.

Great spot - so glad that it was available at the last minute when I needed a place to stay. Was visiting my family and this was the perfect location, comfortable bed and able to do my work before going out to spend time with my family. Thanks for the space

excellent place for a quick stay or extended trip. price was cheaper than the cheapest hotel around by far. excellent view of the water and the waterside table and chairs were great to have dinner at.

Walking onto this property is like taking a step into an oasis. Martyn greeted us with a big smile and warm welcome and showed us around. It’s spacious, and clean. The pool was just wonderful! You can hear the ocean from the property and at night we could hear the tree frogs serenading us to sleep. The outdoor living room is great, and this really gives you a feel for indoor outdoor living in Florida. He and Tracey are very kind and caring and thoughtful human beings and we are lucky to be sharing the planet with them. The location is amazing. It is such a pristine area that is well preserved, and the beach was private and just beautiful. We highly recommend this wonderful apartment and hope to get back one day soon.

Everything was great!! Christine and Michael were very friendly and answered all questions we had. The pool temp was perfect, and the view was beautiful! We are already planning our return trip!
