Aishah’S place really felt like somewhere that a lot of time could be spent despite only staying for one night. The place was Very comfortable, has everything needed to feel like home and Aishah was really responsive and helpful. Would definitely return!

A wonderful stay! Host prepared the apartment clean and ready for me to self check in smoothly at night. It’s spacious, full of amenities as described and owns a stunning view. Kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom is clean and bed is comfortable, which meets my standards. Host and the staffs in this building are friendly, so my stay is comfortable. Surely I will book it again in future.

My friends and i enjoyed the stay so much! Loved the living room area where we watched shows together. There is a 4P outlet <5mins walk away. Beds were one of the best we stayed in, as compared to many hotels/airbnbs. Would love to return if i visit HCM again! Thanks for the splendid stay :)

This Airbnb is an absolute gem! Homestay is fully equipped, spotless, and well cared! The privacy is unbeatable. With a beautiful garden and no immediate neighbors, we could relax, laugh, and enjoy ourselves without worry. The peaceful atmosphere made it feel like a true retreat. The location is perfect, away from noisy main roads, offering pure tranquility. And the kitchen—wow! Spacious, airy, and perfect for cooking, especially with fresh organic vegetables from the garden and generous neighbors who share their delicious homegrown produce. The garden even has grapefruit and papaya trees, so we enjoyed fresh fruit straight from nature! Finally, the host is beyond amazing—100 out of 10! Incredibly kind, always available, and quick to help with anything. If you’re looking for a peaceful, well-equipped, and truly special place in Yen Bai, this is it. We’d absolutely stay again. had a great time at the stay! place was huge and it could accommodate me and my friends for songkran :-) it is truly a nice place to live in and it has a 7-11 nearby! place isn’t the most convenient but the stay itself was worth it, very nicely decorated and hosts are friendly and helpful as well!! even offer a free transport from airport to stay :>

I had a really good stay here. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to public transport and plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, which made things easy. The guesthouse itself was clean and well-kept, which I appreciated after a long day out. It’s a simple, comfortable space that worked well for my trip. For the price, I think it’s a solid value — nothing fancy, but definitely good for anyone looking for a practical and affordable place to stay. Overall, a smooth experience and I’d consider booking again if I’m back in the area.

My family had a great stay at this condo. From the moment we entered, we were impressed with the spacious space, luxurious design and fully furnished. The private pool was very clean, the water was clear and cool, my whole house enjoyed taking a dip and relaxing every day. The professional pool table is also a big plus, helping people to have more moments of fun together.

The house is really great, we loved it! In fact there were 2 houses we could live in. Pool, sauna and outdoor shower also nice. But you need a car to live there. Taxis are cheap, but in evenings not always available.

I've stayed in RaNee's condos previously, so I knew to expect a clean, comfortable and well maintained room. All her rooms that I've stayed in were very good. She is a very good host.

Had a great stay and would stay again. Everything as profile described. Never needed to talk with host because everything was as it should have been. !0 minute baht bus ride from Walking street. Condo was 50% cheaper than my buddy's staying 40 yards away. lol. Plus condo had restaurant by the pool with beach view that we breakfast at every morning.

I also really appreciated how safe and secure the property felt. And that pool—so big and perfect for relaxing! Would definitely recommend and love to stay again.

The apartment was great and exactly as described in the listing and photos. It’s located slightly outside the very center of Quan 1, but still in a convenient area. The host was responsive and always available when needed. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the beds were very comfortable. Overall, we had a pleasant stay

Ninna’s place is definitely the place you want to stay at if visiting the area. Always available and answers quickly through messaging. Check-in was simple. The place is spotless and furnished with everything you would normally have at home. It’s all conveniently located next to great shopping and restaurants. I left something of value in the unit by accident and Ninna went out of her way to help ensure I got it back before heading out of town. Thanks again.
