Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Mekong River

dieser Ort ist perfekt um mal aus dem Trubel der Stadt zu gelangen. Alle Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich und super zuvorkommend. Als es mir am Tag der Abreise nicht so gut ging, durften wir auch später auschecken. Bei Ausflügen wurde uns immer direkt geholfen ein Auto zu organisieren. Es ist wirklich ein sehr schöner und ruhiger Ort. das Essen ist auch super lecker.

Schöne Häuschen im Wald mit Terrasse, mit Blickkontakt zum Haupthaus. Viele Geräusche aus dem angrenzenden Wald. Jeden Tag anderes Frühstück, Trinkwasser konnte man sich nachfüllen. Nachhaltige bewirtschaftung. Mopeds verfügbar. Kati ist eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin.

Très bel endroit, beau coucher de soleil, belle piscine ! Les chambres étaient propres, l’hôte était très gentille et super accueillante. Le petit-déjeuner inclus et les vélos pouvant être utilisés gratuitement sont vraiment pratique. Plusieurs restaurants à proximité. Je le recommande fortement.

This Airbnb is an absolute gem! Homestay is fully equipped, spotless, and well cared! The privacy is unbeatable. With a beautiful garden and no immediate neighbors, we could relax, laugh, and enjoy ourselves without worry. The peaceful atmosphere made it feel like a true retreat. The location is perfect, away from noisy main roads, offering pure tranquility. And the kitchen—wow! Spacious, airy, and perfect for cooking, especially with fresh organic vegetables from the garden and generous neighbors who share their delicious homegrown produce. The garden even has grapefruit and papaya trees, so we enjoyed fresh fruit straight from nature! Finally, the host is beyond amazing—100 out of 10! Incredibly kind, always available, and quick to help with anything. If you’re looking for a peaceful, well-equipped, and truly special place in Yen Bai, this is it. We’d absolutely stay again. My stay here was incredible. Travelling with a couple of friends we booked last minute. The villa is awesome with a private pool and garden. Host is a gentleman who’s happy to help.

Le village est magnifique, plus bel endroit qu’on ait visité. La maison est très jolie, Tam est adorable et le propriétaire se plie en quatre pour que votre séjour se passe au mieux (je me suis fait mal à la cheville et il m’a changé de chambre pour avoir la salle d’eau dans la chambre sans que je ne lui demande). Les repas sont très bons. Moins gras qu’ailleurs (ça fait du bien après une dizaine de jours). Plusieurs rando possibles autour de 2/3heures.

Wenn ich könnte würde ich dem Airbnb 6 Sterne geben. Binh hat uns direkt empfangen, da er neben der Unterkunft auf dem selben Grundstück wohnt und uns alles gezeigt. Durch den wunderschönen und liebevoll hergerichteten Garten konnte man zu dem kleinen privaten Strand gehen und in der Hängematte die Seele baumeln lassen. Wir bekamen auch einige Vorschläge für Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Orte, die man auf der Insel besuchen kann. Eine Taucherbrille hatten wir dort auch und wir durften das SUP von Binh benutzen. Wir haben die meiste Zeit auf der Insel hier verbracht, weil der Ort zu schön ist, als dass man ihn verlassen möchte. Außerdem bekamen wir jeden Morgen Bánh Mì geliefert und konnten jeden Tag angeben, ob wir etwas vom Markt brauchen. Binh hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet und sich super um alles gekümmert. Das Airbnb ist sehr durchdacht und mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt einwandfrei und wir werden definitiv wieder kommen! :)

Property looks as beautiful in person as it did online. We were greeted with fresh fruit upon check in. Well equipped villa with very nice pool. Hopefully will stay again someday. Marco was a great host.

Victor is awesome. He is probably the perfect kind of host you would want. He is attentive. His instructions came with detailed pictures for entrance and trash. I felt right at home in his Airbnb. Like I was living there my whole life. Spotless and clean. With plenty of plates and utensils to entertain another couple.

The location is excellent, conveniently close to everything. The host was friendly and communicated effectively. However, the bedding had a strong fabric softener scent, making it very uncomfortable. Additionally, the bathroom drainage was poor, and the lack of a shower curtain made showering difficult and messy. I hope these concerns can be addressed.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location is very convenient, just 10-15 minutes from District One. The view from the apartment is stunning, and the rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. The gym is well-equipped, and the infinity pool offers a breathtaking view. Overall, it was a great experience, and I truly appreciated the warm and welcoming stay.

Charles is a super friendly host. The room was very clean and worth the price. Nice and cozy places.

We had an amazing stay at Heaven 77. The House was spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The cozy garden with the fireplace & comfortable living area made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect with spectacular views. Communication with the host was seamless; they were always prompt, friendly, and helpful. We especially appreciated the amazing breakfast with its presentation. It’s clear they put effort into creating a memorable experience for their guests. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Khai Yai and hope to return in the future. It was such a wonderful experience staying, I have a little daughter and everyone was so helpful. When she wouldn't eat the family helped me to feed her and play with her while I relaxed a little. I can't wait to go back one day!

Wonderful private location in Khoa yai country club. Near golf coarse. House needs some minor repairs. Overall i liked it very much - second trip here fir month each . Tell us about the player piano?

We made great friends here and we loved our stay. We were supposed to stay one night only but we got “trapped” and we stayed for 3 total nights and we didn’t want to leave! Location in the jungle is breathtaking, the staff became friends, we felt part of the family. And the food was simply amazing! We stayed in one of the family barbecue dinner organised and met so many interesting people and had fun with the staff in a really spontaneous way. They made some mistakes with the room but they totally made up for it during the stay! Thank you! We will come back.
