I love the location. Close to everything but not super noisy area. Host was very helpful with our early check in , and when you are traveling with big group we very much appreciate it. Clean and organized. Recommended!

The apartment is spacious and very plain and simple with no decoration but is everything you need for a short stay. Great to have the swimming pool across the street (but still in the complex). And rhe security and reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Great location in District 2.

Clean, spacious and comfortable stay. There’s a security on site 24/7 so it’s very safe. Similar to a hotel, there’s a placard you can put outside to have the apartment cleaned daily if needed. There’s a small washer you can use to do laundry as well. 5 stars, highly recommended. Would stay again for future visit.

I had a fantastic stay, it was lovely to relax and enjoy the beach and the rooftop pool. The people at the reception deck are so helpful. I totally recommend this say if you want a little break from HCMC

This was a booking for one person. Loved this apartment - room was perfect for my short stay! Loved the convenience of having a washing machine and supplied detergent to do a quick wash. Balcony was perfect to hang clothing out to dry (covered - useful during the rainy season!). Access to the pool was welcome for exercise. Plenty of local restaurants nearby as well as a local market. Will book again in the future!

The studio apartment was great with a huge bathroom. However, the highlight was Seb, the guy in charge at the front desk. He’s direct, a clear communicator, attentive to all my needs and makes the best cappuccino I’ve had so far in HCMC D7. Thank you so much for making my stay that much better.

We spent a week in this super nice apartment in the heart of Ho Chi Minh! We liked this neighborhood a little away from the tourists. And perfect for remote working.

With the reunification celebrations we didn’t know of street closures. Chuyên made sure we were aware that after 5pm access would be limited. Which really helped us prepare for our stay. The accomodation was beautiful and he was so helpful throughout !

One of my favorite places I stayed in during my trip to Vietnam. The place is as pictured and described, albeit a bit sign of wear in the furnitures, but if anything, it really adds character to the funky vintage/French colonial vibes of the place. I loved the location, just close enough to central of D1 but at a distance that there is peace and quiet when you need it. A great big plus is that it’s walking distance to a Circle K and one of the best Banh Mi town: Bánh Mì Bà Huynh. If you love the vibe of this place from the photos, I would recommend it!

We had such a wonderful stay at Betty’s Airbnb! The apartment was not only beautifully decorated but also spotless, cozy, and filled with thoughtful touches well suited to couples. The location was perfect—close to great cafes, local attractions, and easy to get around from. Betty was an incredibly kind and responsive host, always ready to help with recommendations or anything we needed. Clean and spacious apartment. Everything was good but the only odd is that I didn’t realize I’ll have to pay for parking per hours so prepare for 240k vnd/day if you arrive with a car.

Will definitely come back in Vietnam and will stay again here. Feels like home .

My friends and i enjoyed the stay so much! Loved the living room area where we watched shows together. There is a 4P outlet <5mins walk away. Beds were one of the best we stayed in, as compared to many hotels/airbnbs. Would love to return if i visit HCM again! Thanks for the splendid stay :)
