Beautiful house with pool, the place is super quiet and relaxing. The kids were able to have fun in the pool or around the house. Selma is very welcoming, always responsive to message and understanding. The caretaker is very very nice, you can ask him anything he will serve you. I would recommend the place, for its calm and cleanliness and insulation. 20 min from FES city center by car. You have a small shop 5 min walk from the property. If you need a secluded and family-friendly place, don't hesitate. See you next year Selma. And thank you again 🙏🏻

State of the art villa with amazing views and privacy. Need a car to access, about 20 mins to nearest supermarket. Ali was super helpful. Few issues with the facilities but did not harm our experience- would love to visit again. Thanks!

Under the sign, Riad le Petit Ksar, you enter another world. Every detail has been attended with care. The Riad is a fine example of Moroccan artistry. The furnishings, terrace, garden and salons are all beautiful. The beds are comfortable, linens fresh and crisp. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. Juliette and her staff are attentive without being overbearing. To us this stay exceeded all expectations.

We loved Laazizi’s place! He was so responsive to all of our messages (both prior to and during our stay) providing us with helpful information for our arrival, checkin and stay. He has excellent amenities and we made a lot of use of the kitchen and common space. The apartment was clean and matched the description, and the host was responsive and courteous. It's worth noting that the neighborhood is a newly developed residential area, mostly quiet and on the outskirts of the city. While it's not unsafe, it doesn't offer much in terms of entertainment, cafés, or things to do nearby, and may not be ideal for solo female travelers or those looking for a vibrant, central location. That said, it's a budget-friendly option for those with a car or looking for a quiet stay.
