Excellent stay at Ahmed's place! The apartment is almost brand new, stylish and absolutely immaculate. Everything is as described in the listing - it's a comfortable space, spacious and well equipped. There's a guard within the apartment complex, so it feels very secure. The apartment is the new part of city (about 15 mins walk from the station), so it is around 40 mins on foot to the medina and historic centre... which is quite a hike! However there are always plenty of "petit taxis" around to take you to the city. Plus, as we explored the local area, we discovered a lovely park and some nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Ahmed and Ouadie are great hosts - always helpful and responsive. We don't have anything negative to say, it was a really great stay!

Nice appartement good location easy the fond Driss and he's wife was helpful . But all the bedding haven't been changed before our arrival so we had the change them all and the drain of the sink in the kitchen was blocked The last night and on the morning when we leaving the lift doesn't work so we had the walk on the stairs the baby and our baggage

The accommodation was impeccable, very well equipped and above all very suitable for travelers with children and/or babies. Communication with Khaoula was exemplary throughout the stay. She is a very welcoming person, very responsive and very available.

Under the sign, Riad le Petit Ksar, you enter another world. Every detail has been attended with care. The Riad is a fine example of Moroccan artistry. The furnishings, terrace, garden and salons are all beautiful. The beds are comfortable, linens fresh and crisp. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. Juliette and her staff are attentive without being overbearing. To us this stay exceeded all expectations.

We loved our stay at Naima's apartment. Very spacious, clean, and just as described. Naima was very responsive and answered all our questions in a timely manner. The location was great, in a nice area, surrounded by great restaurants, and within walkable distance to mosques and Burj Fes Mall. The only slight inconvenience was that it took about ~3-5 minutes for the shower to get hot water. However, Naima had informed us about that before we arrived so five stars for communication. Overall, we loved our stay, definitely recommend Naima's apartment, and would definitely stay there again.

The owner may wish to pay greater attention to the finer details within the home, especially in the bathrooms and kitchen, and consider refreshing the photos as well. Other than that Owner provides prompt responses and maintains excellent communication. This villa features two separate apartments, making it ideal for two or three families. The road is well-maintained, and the location is convenient, with numerous restaurants and shops nearby.

Karim was there for us to show the Apt, helpful and always reply to our questions, good person, convenient location from CTM BUS or Train station, say if TAXI will use meter it is about 7 to 10 Derham With out meter Max you should pay 20D From CTM OR TRAIN.. Nice and safe area. lots of Taxi out side the Building, Grocery store (Marjan super market) right in front of the building Exit , you can buy Meat, Chicken, veg too. .Lots of fast food restaurant on walking distance . Thank You Karim.

Asmae was so nice and responsive. She helped us check-in super late at night and made sure we had everything. The place is very close to the train station and walkable to many cafes. The place was spacious and comfortable. I would recommend staying here to anyone!!

Nabil was extremely available and responsive. The place was very nice, very clean in a private residence with a caretaker, which is very reassuring. In short, I highly recommend Nabil's place.

Extremely large and beautifully furnished apartment. Close to shopping. Nice contact with Amine and contact persons on site. Parking right in front of the house entrance. Highly recommended for groups and families.

We had a great time at this small villa. Although compact, it is very well arranged and organized, offering all the essentials for a comfortable stay. I appreciated Ahmed's responsiveness although I had a difficulty booking. He was able to help me book right away. I rested well, I wish I could have stayed ok for a long time because the setting is green, peaceful, all nearby. The SPA at the foot of the building is a major asset to relax and take care of yourself. Delightful restaurants all around. Wow a host present. Security and security allow for a real release. They responded to all our requests. Thank you and looking forward to coming back

Adorable welcoming by Mr. Badr's representative (Mrs. Loubna) to a very clean and charming apartment. ● Smooth & flexible check IN/Out to the apartment ● The host is very responsive and helpful who is experienced in customer service, he was taking care of very small things to assure our comfort. ● The neighborhood is safe and surrounded by a lot of shops, cafes and restaurants, same is 5 min far from Carrefour supermarket. ● I highly recommend Mr. Badr's place and will definitely come back again
