Die Fassade des Hauses wurde nach der traditionellen japanischen Yakisugi-Methode erbaut. Im Innenbereich schaffen die Holzwände/-decken ein angenehmes Raumklima. Die 70m² Wohnfläche sind offen gestaltet und über zwei Stockwerke verteilt. Im oberen Stockwerk befindet sich das Schlafzimmer mit Panoramafenster und grosszügiger Terrasse/Balkon (20m²) mit Sicht auf den See.

WLAN ist vorhanden. Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC. Bettwäsche, Bade- und Küchentücher stehen zur Verfügung. Der Parkplatz istdirekt vor dem Studio.

In the shade of the trees, you have a small terrace during your stay, the separate entrance can be reached via a few steps.

The accommodation is located in rural Hochfelden. Zurich Airport can be reached in 15 minutes by car and Zurich City in 40 minutes. Every 30 minutes, a bus leaves that offers various connections. Zurich Airport and Zurich City can be reached in 45 minutes. To make your stay more comfortable, I offer a reliable shuttle service to Zurich Airport, Zurich City and Bülach train station for a fee. So you can arrive and depart stress-free.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy the large meadow while playing, camping, barbecuing and relaxing. The interiors are simple but functional. Lake Hallwil can be reached in 2 minutes via a staircase. The "Tennwil" bus stop is in approx. 3 minutes. Garage and parking available. Close to shopping in Meisterschwanden (Coop, Volg) A travel bed and a Tripp Trapp are available for small children.

Beautiful room with separate kitchen and seating area. Wonderful views of the lake, mountains and countryside. Free parking and good train connection (5 min away). Lake Hallwil and the lakeside resort are a 5-minute walk. If anyone wants, we have stand-up paddle boards for rent. You have the kitchen, room and bathroom to yourself and we live on the upper floor of the house.

You live in a lovely furnished apartment with antiques from the 19th century, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a modern bathroom and a comfortable queen size bed (160x200cm). There is a splendid view on Mount Pilatus, the Alps and the whole valley. Despite the stunning nature nearby, you reach the city of Lucerne or the valley station of Mt Pilatus within a short bus ride.

We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
