Beautiful cozy house with sauna and garden and ideally located to explore the area. We felt super comfortable, the check-in with the key box was very practical and easy and the communication with Diana very friendly and uncomplicated. We would book the Sweden house again immediately!

We really loved this holiday house - the view was brilliant and the house had everything we needed.

We had very pleasant days. The house was perfectly furnished, we lacked nothing. Balcony and living room offer a beautiful south view of the meadows and fields in front of the house. The quiet location in the small town invites you to small and large hikes. If you get into the car, you can reach the famous sights of the Rhön in 10 to 30 minutes, such as the Milsburg, the Wasserkuppe, the Schwarze Moor, Bishofsheim and the Gangolfsberg. The stay was really nice. The property is immersed in nature and has a lot to offer. Our highlights were the heated outdoor hot tub and the lower fireplace. When the weather is nice, you can hike wonderfully in the immediate vicinity, in bad weather the accommodation offers plenty of distraction. Highlighted is the protection of the property and the accommodation. I haven't felt so safe in any place so far. In addition, Manuela was very quick to respond to my messages and always a solution ready. Thanks for that!

A dream of a house! Everything went great! After all the years we traveled with AirBnb, this was truly the best equipped and prettiest house we've ever stayed in. All previous reviews didn't exaggerate! You can really use everything and feel at home from the first minute. The check-in was extremely uncomplicated, as was the checkout. Don't forget to visit the landlord's shop - it's just super chic!!!! The only drawback is that there is actually no bakery or supermarket or the like within walking distance in Mittelaschenbach itself. Bicycle or car are mandatory for errands... but the house can't do anything about it. All in all, we had a fantastic stay despite the construction site on the neighboring grounds (the landlords can't do anything for that) and quite clairaudient walls! Thank you again for the relaxed adjustments regarding people, 😊 we will be happy to come back!

Constanze and André are super nice and very communicative hosts. They had many tips for us and were always accessible for questions. We (a family of 4 with young children) felt very comfortable in the house and garden, with barbecue, fireplace, pool, playground, trampoline, bicycles and the hangover. The location was optimal for us: With the bikes we were in the old town of Weimar in 10 minutes, on the other hand you could also walk directly over the field to the Ilm or ride a bike on the Ilm bike path. A supermarket with a bakery is within walking distance. We will be happy to come back!

The stay at Katharina's was great. Dad's vacation home is right on the bike path and quietly located. It is very cozy and well equipped, we felt very comfortable. Katharina is a great hostess, easy to reach, straightforward and friendly. Thank you for the lovely stay with you!

The absolute highlight is the wellness area with pool, sauna and solarium under absolute privacy. The 2 hours agreed daily for the benefit of this area are completely sufficient. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the A7, so it is also very easy to reach. However, the noise of the A7 is audible, with the infinite bird concert from all corners covering this noise. When the door and windows are closed, you don't hear it, so it doesn't bother sleep. Wifi comes from the main building and is relatively weak. There's another guest wifi, as seen on Airbnb, but it's not working. I couldn't understand why the wifi distributor in the bedroom should serve. The phone number on Airbnb is not working Communication via text is flawless. Response in seconds and always positive. I wouldn't call the appartment dirty. However, a thorough cleaning in corners and edges seems long overdue.

The accommodation is top! Very well and modern equipped, clean and furnished as shown in the photos. Communication with the owners is also quick and detailed. Only the cleaning fee of €100 is quite high, but we had to bring our own bed linen, clear the dishwasher and empty the garbage cans ourselves. Checking the electricity meter itself is also recommended (own measurement was 50% less kwh). But definitely recommended.

We had a great time in this beautiful and lovingly furnished half-timbered house. You feel right at home. The location in the middle of the old town is great, and with a suspension bridge, forest ball track and playgrounds, great activities with children are possible. Annouck and Benji were very nice and very accessible. We will be happy to come back.

Sabine made our Christmas in Germany unforgettable. From the start, she welcomed us with warmth, kindness, and incredible attention to detail. She thoughtfully assigned rooms for our large group and arranged the furniture to ensure everyone felt comfortable and at home. Even though we arrived early, Sabine greeted us with her son, giving us a warm, heartfelt welcome. She provided a detailed tour of the house, patiently explaining everything and answering our questions. To make our holiday special, Sabine decorated every room with glowing Christmas decorations and left thoughtful treats—candy, beer, and wine. Her generosity brought tears to my eyes, and we began our trip with laughter, hugs, and a deep sense of care. Meeting Sabine and her son was the highlight of our trip. We’re so grateful for her thoughtfulness, warmth, and the love she put into making our holiday so memorable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything is as described – and even better. The house is perfectly located if you want to visit the main sights of Upper Franconia in the triangle of Bamberg-Coburg-Bayreuth. Thanks to the very warm welcome and the cozy-warm atmosphere in and around the house, we immediately felt at home. The house itself offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay – from kitchen amenities to games for children. In addition, the place is extremely clean and the amenities are very comfortable. I highly recommend staying at the Lieb apartment!

We had a good long weekend with our two dogs at Denny's. We were pleased with the small attention on arrival and enjoyed the relaxation in the sauna. The only thing worth mentioning is the steep driveway to reach the property. Our dogs found the garden great for romping and Denny thought of his four-legged guests with dog beds, bowls and treats.

The place was very clean and just right for all the people. Nearby are various restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. If you feel the wanderlust, this is also a good starting point. The huge couch and fireplace invite you to chat and the kitchen is superbly equipped. There are enough beds available even if the climb to the top takes some getting used to. But all in all very cozy and modern. We enjoyed the time together very much and can highly recommend Nicole's place.

We were very pleased. Elke was nice and straightforward. The barbecue facilities on the farm were very welcome. Likewise, the beautiful village playground with a small soccer field - just the right size for us and the children. We also liked visiting the open village church. In the house itself, we had more than enough space with 14 people.

A nice house in a quiet village near Weimar. Perfect base to explore the area by car. The laundry and kitchen worked well. Recommended. Charlie and Katya were very friendly and helpful.

For our annual family reunion with six adults and one child, Lucia's vacation home was perfect. Everything we needed was there and we felt very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. There are plenty of excursion opportunities in the surrounding area. Kulmbach is not far, and Bayreuth is also easily accessible. A special highlight for us was the visit to Lucia's nearby farm with adorable newborn calves.

Great apartment, friendly proactive approach with useful hints and tips, fully equipped and stylishly furnished apartment, great comfortable king-size bed, no carpet (suitable for allergy sufferers). The hostess was super nice and often sought personal contact, which we really liked. She was practically always available to us for questions or similar. The house is exceptionally well equipped for a vacation home with everything the family needs. The location is very quiet and therefore we were able to relax well. Definitely recommended!

The apartment was sparkling clean. Everything was available or even more. Very good amenities. The mattress on the large bed was super soft, I preferred the other smaller bed because the mattress was very hard. The description for TV and Wi-Fi were easy to understand. It creaked a little at the beginning, but the host was immediately reachable by phone and we were able to resolve it very quickly. Very good information was also available for excursions in the area. Very quiet environment ideal for "coming down." Also very well taken care of for the four-legged friends. This place is highly recommended. Grade 1+

We stayed there with 4 adults and 2 small children and had a very nice and relaxing stay. Everything we needed was there. Also crib and chair. There was enough space for everyone and the equipment was of a very high standard. Also it was very clean and the garden is totally beautiful. We will be happy to come back. 😊
