We had a very pleasant family stay at this place. It is spacious, well-equipped and has a wooded outdoor area, with amenities that make the stay pleasant (ping pong table, petanque court and spa). Ana is available, welcoming and very friendly. I highly recommend this listing!

Very nice and large place to stay (house). Mont St. Michel. 12 minutes away by bike. There's everything you need. The garden is still a great plus. We had a very good time. Our stay went very well: nice little house, with a nice terrace at the end of the day. Very well placed to visit the Breton coasts and towns: St Malo, Dinan, Dinart: about 20 min.

Impeccable accommodation and lovely garden. Sylvie and Pierre's welcome is warm and friendly; they have very good recommendations. Our dog was also hosted very well. We would definitely recommend them and would gladly stay again.

The location of this accommodation is perfect for discovering the bay of Mont Saint Michel. The house and large garden are very well maintained. Everything was perfect, we didn't miss anything. Dominique is a very friendly, pleasant and helpful host. She told us about the surroundings very quickly, and gave us all the information we needed before and during our stay. Very attentive to our needs. We thank Dominique very much for her hospitality and all her small touches that made our stay unforgettable. We felt right at home and our exchanges were very friendly. We had a pleasant stay. it was a girlfriend hiking weekend. the hosts are really very nice and attentive to their guests. Lots more and thanks for the pizzas and the hot hot Nordic bath😉

Very pleasant stay in a charming and practical cottage. The accommodation is slightly away from the guest house which preserves privacy. The hosts are discreet, adorable and always available for advice or a little conversation. From the cottage, it is easy and quick to reach the shops, the beach in the center and the wonderful GR 34 overlooking the sea, bordered by a beautiful heath. The coast is amazing! The swimming pool, finally, a few meters from the accommodation, is a real luxury after a little sporty walk (or simply to splash around in water much warmer than the English Channel!). Thanks to Marie and her family.

We loved our stay at Victor’s place! Even better than on pictures. We absolutely recommend staying at the villa with family and friends. It’s the perfect place to create memories, spend quality time and disconnect. Fireworks, Padel court, bright and spacious living room, open kitchen, we loved it all! Calm neighbourhood, yet close to all the main cities to visit (saint Malo, Dinan, M’ont Saint Michel). Thank you for your hospitality and responsiveness, we’d love to come back!

Damien was such a great host. He happened to be grabbing dinner the same time we came into town so we stopped at the same pizza place. He offered to take my husband and kids to the house a few km away and then came back for me as I was waiting for the pizza. This was so thoughtful after a long 9-10 hour drive with a lot of children. He was so kind and personable. Super proactive and offered suggestions in the area. He really went above and beyond. His house was perfect for our needs as a large family and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The house was exact as described. everything was in good working order. Nothing was broken or falling apart. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great stay in La Mauricette! The cottage is clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and perfectly located to discover the Dinan region I was there with my dog Tao, who found a great friend in Raïko, Sophie and Laurent's dog. Warm welcome, ideal setting... Only downside: a Senseo is not an espresso machine😉. Thanks again, we'll be back!

Absolutely fabulous stay. Dinan is a beautiful town , but having the opportunity to stay in a 500 year old house on such an historic , atmospheric street as the Rue du Jerzual simply enhanced the experience. Lovely house , exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect for walking down to the port or simply strolling in to the centre of town ( literally a few yards ) to the numerous super friendly bars and many restaurants. Communication with Tim was ideal. Super friendly and super quick response any time we needed to ask or check something with him. The whole experience - town , house , host - was a real pleasure. Very enjoyable stay. Thanks Tim.

We had a great time for a short week, in a quiet and relaxing place, ideally located to allow visits without too many kilometers. Great stay in a nice, well-located and quiet accommodation. Extremely clean with everything at your disposal, Armelle is a caring host. Relaxing at the SPA is a real plus after the days of sightseeing. I highly recommend it.
