Full of character and charm, thick local limestone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining. This former artist's studio, which belonged to the photographer of the city of Saumur at the beginning of the 20th century, makes this place unique with its glass roof over 4 meters high, overlooking the oldest church in the city. The apartment is located in the hyper center, next to free parking, on a pedestrian street known for its many restaurants. This accommodation will allow you to access the Château on foot via the banks of the Loire or by walking the streets of the old town.

Sheets and towels are provided free of charge. In a quiet area of Doué-la-Fontaine, this charming cottage is located at the bottom of the owners' garden, with total independence and privacy. It offers you a bright living room with all the necessary equipment, 2 bedrooms with dressing room and 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with large walk-in shower and toilet. For your comfort, sheets and towels are provided, the cottage is air-conditioned and equipped with Internet.
