Dans un village calme, très grand appartement au 1er étage, exposé plein sud, tout confort, terrain clos, entrée indépendante, parking privé , situé sur un coteau et proche de tous commerces, proche de Chamonix, Les Contamines, Megève et Sallanches. Possibilité de loger de 4 à 8 personnes. L'été, piscine dans le jardin clos de l'appartement. Vaste appartement sur 2 étages, 4 chambres avec 2 grands lits et 4 lits de 1 personne. Prix pour une semaine en hiver : 150 euros/personne Prix pour une semaine en été : 100 euros/personne. Possibilité de louer le linge de lit au prix de 10 euros par lit. ,,,,180 Mc La voiture est indispensable pour accéder au village où se trouve la location. Si vous le souhaitez je serai disponible pour tous renseignements durant votre séjour. L'appartement est calme et indépendant , vous y serez tranquille. Votre véhicule sera stationné devant l'appartement. L'accès est facile. N'hésitez pas à me contacter pour toute demande particulière. La durée minimale de location est de une semaine.

Ce chalet comprends 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains, 2 WC, cuisine équipée, 1 local à skis, 1 laverie et 3 places de parking privatives. Un arrêt ski-bus se situe à 50m. Prestation de standing pour un séjour inoubliable dans le massif Alpin des Aravis.

I rent my house while I'm away. So there will be personal belongings in the cupboards. It is conveniently located not far from major roads and supermarkets. Chamonix, Annecy and Geneva are 30-40 min by car. The first ski resorts are 30 minutes away. There are 2 other places rented on Airbnb at the same address but totally independent. During school holidays, the accommodations are occupied by families. Everyone has their own space, the entrances are independent.
