Séjour parfait chez Karine et Christophe. L’appartement est très bien situé et bien équipé. On n’hésitera pas à revenir!

Kauniisti sisustettu huoneisto toimivalla pohjaratkaisulla. Erityisesti lapsemme nauttivat uima-altaasta ja kiipeilyseinästä. Sopivan kävelymatkan päässä Chamonixin keskustasta (20 min) ja useita ulkoilureittejä lähtee aivan asunnon ovelta. Näkymä vuorille oli henkeäsalpaava! Keittiössä kaikki tarpeelliset välineet.

This place is amazing. My partner and our dog loved it! Peaceful with stunning views we couldn’t get enough of! The place had everything we needed and very quiet whilst also being a stone throw to the town so the best of both worlds! I can’t praise it enough and it will certainly become one of our go to places. Perfect!

Magnifique appartement qui donne l’impression d’avoir son propre chalet avec une très belle terrasse plein sud face aux pistes de Boissonnet. Très bel espace de vie, cuisine extrêmement bien équipe (rarement vu autant de vaisselle dans une location Airbnb), literie confortable. Accès au village en 10-15mn a pied ou avec service de bus gratuits. A noter qu’avec enfants jeunes qui marchent, il faut marcher 5mn bord de route pour accéder au rond point de boissonnet; ce qui n’est pas très confortable. Superbe location, on a passé un excellent séjour.

Tres chouette appartement au 2eme étage d'un très beau chalet en montagne. calme et très bien équipé. Bcp de belles randonnées à faire tout autour en montagne et pas loin du lac d'Annecy. Vraiment très bien, je recommande

The place asnd the serroundig was really nice and peaceful. Everyting according to the description: rooms, ammentities, hot tub and garden - all togethere made it very nive expirience.

Logement impeccable, rénové et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. la literie et le canapé sont confortables. Le jardin vue Mont Blanc est génial le matin! Proche de toutes commodités. Génial! Effectivement, comme annoncé, le stationnement peut être un peu compliqué mais tout est accessible à pieds. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour.

We booked this place last minute and couldn’t have been happier with our stay! Rhys was kind, friendly, and super responsive, making the entire experience—from check-in to check-out—smooth and stress-free. The studio is in a fantastic central location, with everything you need just a 2–3 minute walk away. The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful 🥰 Parking (paid) was spacious and easy to access, and the basement caddies were super handy for bringing our things upstairs. Despite being in the heart of the city, the studio was peaceful and quiet. There’s a small kitchenette—great for heating food or making light meals. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would love to come back!

Had a very pleasant stay enjoyed the barbecue and the swimming a spa/jacuzzi is also available though we could figure out how to get it on.

Alastair’s place was incredible. The photos did not do it justice. It was incredibly clean, the interior is beautiful and the outdoor areas peaceful with stunning views. It’s half an hour flat walk to the centre of Chamonix or there’s a bus stop really close by. Beatrice was really friendly, she welcomed us in and showed us around. The hosts were really responsive and helpful. We did not organise the chef in time but instead we went to the restaurant that he works at (a recommendation) and the food was excellent. Perfect holiday location for a group of friends. It’s a special place.

Nous avons passé un excellent weekend dans ce petit chalet avec des amis et notre chien. Le voisinage est très calme, le jardin est spacieux. Le chalet est très bien rangé et très propre. C'est une maison très chaleureuse et on s y sent bien :) Nous y retournerons avec plaisir!

Great chalet very well located just 10min walk outside Chamonix! We all had a great time enjoying the views from the balcony!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! L’appartement, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, allie charme et modernité grâce à ses équipements dernier cri. Tout est pensé pour offrir un maximum de confort, que ce soit en famille ou entre amis. Une véritable parenthèse au vert que je recommande vivement !

Très agréable séjour au pied de la pointe des Brasses ! Terrasse et jardin paisibles. Vacances très ressourçantes. Beaucoup de jeux de société et livres dispo en cas de mauvais temps ou pour rester au calme à la maison.

Chalet parfaitement équipé, à 20 minutes à pied de la remontée mécanique du Vercland et de quelques restaurants. L’endroit est calme est féerique lorsqu’il y a de la neige (sûrement très bien sans neige mais nous avons eu de la neige d’avoir un Noël enneigé)!

Logement à proximité des pistes. Très pratique pour ceux qui veulent skier. Le domaine du grand massif est vraiment top. Appartement de très bon rapport qualité prix. David est très réactif et donnent beaucoup d'informations de l'arrivée au départ. Je recommande.

Really excellent place and location with everything we needed. Rachel gave very clear and easy to follow instructions, and always communicated promptly which made the experience seamless. Would recommend it and would stay again.

Toujours un plaisir de revenir dans ce joli appartement au centre ville. Pas besoin de la voiture, à plein centre ville très animé en fin de journée et en même temps, logement très agréable, très paisible, où il y fait bon vivre. Nous signons déjà pour l'année prochaine.

Logement calme, très très bien aménagé avec 2 magnifiques salles de bain, se trouve à quelques mètres de l'arrêt bus, 10 mn à pied pour le centre ville. Kirsteen est très disponible et réactive à nos questions Merci Kirsteen, nous avons passé une très agréable semaine

La casa è moderna e accogliente. Ci sono tutti gli elettrodomestici utili per godere appieno della casa (lavatrice, lavastoviglie , ampio frigo). La casa è in una posizione strategica sia per raggiungere il centro a piedi sia gli impianti di sci. Rinat si è dimostrata anche una host super disponibile e reattiva

The apartment is spacious and of high standard build with quality materials. The layout is functional with the large living room with both dining and lounge area. The kitchen was well-appointed, and had everything we needed. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Beds were comfortable and there was sufficient space for luggage and clothes in all bedrooms. We were a group of six, and enjoyed our stay very much. We especially appreciated that the apartment was quiet at night-time even though it is right in the center of Chamonix. The location is fantastic with everything just outside the door, and very short walking distance to the ski bus. Erik was friendly and responsive in connection with booking the apartment, and property manager Tim was great by always responding quickly to our questions and requests. We strongly recommend the apartment as a real gem for a luxury stay in Chamonix.

Quel plaisir de voir les montagnes enneignées couchés dans le lit, de regarder les pistes des 2 balcons. Appartement refait à neuf avec goût et moderne, très fonctionnel il ne manque rien. Idéalement situé pour les skieurs et aussi en été pour les randonneurs. Au 5ème étage tout est calme et reposant. Hôtes très accueillants et soucieux du bien être de ses locataires : Nous ne pouvons que recommander. M & B
