Logement idéalement placé. A proximité immédiate des premières remontées (domaine débutant de Savoy). A 5’ à pied du centre de Chamonix, des commerces, restaurants et des navettes de bus pour les différents domaines. Le logement est agréable et conforme à la description. Propreté irréprochable. Cependant, au niveau de l’espace, il nous a semblé que 4 adultes devaient se sentir un peu à l’étroit (nous étions 3, avec notre fille de 16 ans) dans l’espace de vie.

This was an absolute beautiful stay. Summer or winter this place would be ideal for any getaway. The home itself is very beautiful and the view is breathtaking. Using a wood fired hot tub was an interesting yet enjoyable experience. Great location and the host was superb.

Nous avons passé une une semaine dans ce magnifique appartement, le centre ville est à deux pas, les arrêts de bus sont à proximité aussi. Apparemment très propre et très fonctionnel.

I had a lovely stay at Hannah's apartment. It was recently renovated so everything is updated, specifically the bathroom and kitchenette which can be harder to find in France. It is small but modern and the location is wonderful. Very walkable to restaurants, shopping, ski rentals and the bus stop. It's on the 5th floor so the view from the terrace is beautiful. Be prepared to hike up 5 flights of stairs as the elevator is not operational most of the time. Hannah was very helpful and responsive to requests. I would highly recommend staying here.

Words can’t even begin to describe how pleased my group and I were with this place. The chalet was absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and even better than we imagined. With a group of 8, it was the perfect fit for our trip to Chamonix Mont Blanc. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and the views were breathtaking. Norbert was an outstanding host—super responsive, accommodating, and made our stay seamless from start to finish. He even went above and beyond to accommodate our private chef, who arrived early on the first day to prepare a welcome dinner before we got there. That level of service truly set the tone for an incredible stay. Also, just a heads up: the pictures truly don’t do this place justice. It’s even more beautiful in person. I highly, highly recommend staying here if you’re planning a trip to the area. We’re already talking about coming back!

Très belle semaine du jour de l'an avec neige et soleil sublimée par la très belle vue du châlet sur la vallée et la chaîne du Mont-Blanc. Hôte très accueillante, attentionnée et réactive pendant le séjour. Châlet bien équipé. Merci !

Nous avons passé un superbe week-end entre amis dans cet appartement rénové avec beaucoup de goût. Tout est décoré avec soin et l’ambiance est chaleureuse. L’hôte est très réactif et répond rapidement à toutes nos questions. La chambre matrimoniale est vraiment magnifique et très spacieuse, un vrai plus ! Et mention spéciale pour le pommeau de douche, on a adoré ! Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit.

Chalet parfaitement équipé, à 20 minutes à pied de la remontée mécanique du Vercland et de quelques restaurants. L’endroit est calme est féerique lorsqu’il y a de la neige (sûrement très bien sans neige mais nous avons eu de la neige d’avoir un Noël enneigé)!

Très bon séjour. Logement impeccable. Parfait pour un couple. Accessible à pied depuis le village. Le logement est chou. Petit, mais parfait pour deux. Tout fonctionne et les petites attentions à l’arrivée très appréciées. Literie confortable, ni trop dure ni trop molle. Environnement calme parce que dans une impasse, et voisins sympas. Hote réactif et attentionné. Commodité et cuisine idéales. Un petit plus ? La visite quotidienne du petit chien du quartier, qui vient chercher des câlins…

Super séjour malgré le temps peu clément. Accueil très bien et logement bien équipé et très joliment décoré. Un jardin très agréable et très bien installé.

Fab chalet, lovely views, well stocked kitchen with fondue and raclette machine. Walkable to Combloux centre and 5-10 mins from Combloux ski and Princess lift if St Gervais and Megeve extended area.

Logement à proximité des pistes. Très pratique pour ceux qui veulent skier. Le domaine du grand massif est vraiment top. Appartement de très bon rapport qualité prix. David est très réactif et donnent beaucoup d'informations de l'arrivée au départ. Je recommande.

Great place to stay for Ski and Mountain lovers. The apartment is very functional and with games and toys for kids. Our family loved to stay there and we will come back for sure!

We had a lovely stay at Rachel's place at the end of Feb. The views from the balcony were stunning. The apartment was very well equipped and spacious with a brand new bathroom. We felt right at home. It was very easy to walk into the center of St Gervais. Access to the gondola was very close. If you're skiing leaving your gear at le Bettex in a locker is ideal that way you can take the gondola and go straight into town for après and ski! / Dinner! Rachel was a great host she will respond immediately if you have any questions. St Gervais is a beautiful town full of authenticiy and the local people are very friendly. We would recommend La Galetta, (creperie .........) and the 2 bars (la Montagne and le nordique) We will definitely be back. Thankyou Rachel

merci pour ce merveilleux séjour dans ce si bel endroit :) le logement est parfait.. super bien équipé.. joliment décoré.. très agréable avec ses deux terrasses et le parking juste en face.. au calme face a la montagne.. tout en étant a 2 minutes a pied d un supermarche.. merci pour ta flexibilité et ta disponibilité.. on a adoré!

Semaine ensoleillée, nous avons profité de la terrasse et surtout de la vue magnifique . Le petit chemin pour arriver à chamonix est super agréable le long de l'eau, loin de la route. Piscine un peu froide mais assez grande pour se réchauffer en faisant des longueurs. Espace intérieur très confortable

Logement calme, très très bien aménagé avec 2 magnifiques salles de bain, se trouve à quelques mètres de l'arrêt bus, 10 mn à pied pour le centre ville. Kirsteen est très disponible et réactive à nos questions Merci Kirsteen, nous avons passé une très agréable semaine

Eine sehr schöne und komfortable Wohnung. Auch das Schwimmbad und der Spa-Bereich sind toll.

The apartment is spacious and of high standard build with quality materials. The layout is functional with the large living room with both dining and lounge area. The kitchen was well-appointed, and had everything we needed. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Beds were comfortable and there was sufficient space for luggage and clothes in all bedrooms. We were a group of six, and enjoyed our stay very much. We especially appreciated that the apartment was quiet at night-time even though it is right in the center of Chamonix. The location is fantastic with everything just outside the door, and very short walking distance to the ski bus. Erik was friendly and responsive in connection with booking the apartment, and property manager Tim was great by always responding quickly to our questions and requests. We strongly recommend the apartment as a real gem for a luxury stay in Chamonix.
