Everard's place is such a home from home, in such a lovely surrounding that we keep coming back! A stone's throw from the centre of Sheffield (I arrived easily by direct bus from the station), Everard's place is a tranquil oasis surrounded by birdsong, yet with with the bustling local shops and cafes of Netheredge of the doorstep, and the tranquility of the woods, parks and the Peaks easily accessible. The enviable collection of fiction and nonfiction books, 2 TVs, 3 smart smart speakers, beautiful garden views and fast WiFi always leaves us with plenty to entertain us whatever the weather. Thanks for another great stay!

Great location and everything you need!

I’ve stayed in lots of Airbnb places around the world but Steve has to be one of the best hosts that I’ve experienced. The coach house is a perfect place to stay in Sheffield to spend time with my daughter’s young friends after our family were recently bereaved. The Coach House is a cosy, quiet, welcoming and interesting place to stay that is completely separate but close to Steve’s own home - I was even joined in the Sheffield sunshine on the patio by Steve’s friendly cat Ace. When in the haze of grief, I somehow managed to lose the Coach House keys, Steve stayed calm and took really good care of me , offering tea and being the best and most understanding host one could hope for - he even recommended an amazingly beautiful Egyptian music gig at a tiny local venue, which absolutely made my very difficult Mother’s Day weekend. I will definitely hope to return to stay here again. Thanks Steve 😊
