REGLAS DE LA CASA SOBRE FIESTAS Y CONVIVENVIA 1- No se aceptan reservas para grupos de jóvenes, despedidas de soltero/a. 2- Indique la composición del grupo y la relación entre las personas: número de adultos, niños y edades. 3- Está estrictamente prohibido celebrar fiestas, poner música, hablar en voz alta o realizar cualquier actividad que pueda interrumpir el descanso de los demás vecinos. En caso de no respetar las presentes normas, se aplicará la normativa para apartamentos turísticos. The living room and bedroom have a balcony overlooking a quiet pedestrian plaza in the city center. The apartment has a spacious bathroom with shower, hairdryer and personal hygiene amenities; as well as a washing machine with a dryer function to wash your clothes at any time of the year in a comfortable and fast way. The 3-storey building has a roof terrace with a common terrace open from 5th April to 2nd November.
