Our pool is not heated. It is available for use from June to September. It is within a 30-meter walking distance to Sapanca Lake, restaurants and tea gardens. It is 600 meters walking distance to Sapanca center (Market, Pharmacy, Grocery, etc.). Our rooms have a spacious interior thanks to the architectural features of your own detached room and are positioned in a way that you can see even the smallest detail of a spectacular view. It is decorated in a way that you will feel at home.

Simple farm life in a real village in Albania

Far from busy places, this is a small farm set in a natural amphitheatre of green hills, olive trees, and woods. Lumas, like the SuLove region the farm takes its name from, has remained an authentic and living farming place. Coming here feels a bit like stepping back in time. Life is simple: birds in the morning, sometimes a donkey in the distance, farmers working as they always have. If you feel like it, you can go for a walk, visit the Sineci waterfall, or spend some time in Berat.

Old mill moved to the hillsides of the Gers, comprising a bedroom on the second floor, a bathroom with toilet on the first floor, a living room on the ground floor and a separate entrance. The mill can accommodate two people, possibility to prepare breakfast and eat on the go. You will appreciate the calm of our countryside and you can admire the Pyrenees mountain range. However, the accommodation is not recommended for people with reduced mobility due to the stairs.
