Vacation rentals with a patio in Mediterranean Sea

The best house we've been to in Albania. It was clean, with air conditioning and close to restaurants and beach club. Deborah is a sweetheart. The house is on the first floor without an elevator, so it's nice that it's only one floor. In the house there were towels, an iron, sheets and other necessary items. I definitely recommend it

Nice place with grocery store across the street and a small strip mall with many restaurants about 10 minutes walk away. The neighborhood is clean but about an hour drive from center of Cairo. Sofa and beds were comfy and host provided some snack and water. Host was also very responsive to some requests we had.

The view was amazing, numerous restaurants and shops nearby. I will warn you that the town is built on a mountain, so prepare yourself for steep hills and lots and lots and lots of stairs

The accommodation is very good, a good area and the host is friendly. The cleanliness is perfect, everything was spotless. The only thing that stands out a little weaker are the beds, which are somewhat uncomfortable. Everything else was perfect. 100% recommended.

The house have a great atmosphere. You're right in vacation mode. There are three different seating options where you can enjoy the sun right by the house. The facility around it is very nice and well maintained. We liked the location. It is relaxed / quiet and not far away from everything you want to see. Great place to stay on our tour of Andalucía. Very nice personal welcome. I would be happy to come back.

Clean, quiet, well equipped and spacious. Host is an excellent communicator and was very helpful in making sure our stay was perfect.

The apartment is really wonderful! It is indeed luxury and has a great shower and beds including mattresses comparing to regular Albanian houses. Also the communication went easy and correct. Kostaq and his family (which live at the same property nearby) are really kind and generous. Quiet and green area as it is up hill. Parking space next to the apartment which is great.

Our stay was 10 stars . Ben has been kind, close and professional. The incredible apartment, perfect, with a spectacular view from the double terrace. Definitely a place with idyllic location and our option number one if we return to La Alcaidesa. Thank you Ben!

We had a great time at the place. The place is very clean, very functional, everything is well thought out. The 2 terraces are a real plus, breakfast with the sunrise in the back. The pool, as well as tennis courts are nearby and accessible. We will be back!

Very helpful and kind host — thank Zorica! She was always responsive and made sure everything was comfortable during my stay. Great location, just 5–10 minutes from the Old City and the Spanish Fort. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need (including a large fridge, which many other places don’t have). Having a heater was a real bonus during the bad weather.
