Hemos pasado unos días fantásticos en la casa de Josefa. Rocío, su hija, nos ha dado una atención exquisita. Ha estado atenta en todo momento, nos ha ofrecido mucha flexibilidad horaria, tanto para el checkin como para el checkout, y ha sido un gusto tratar con ella y alojarnos en su casa. Josefa y su marido, Guillermo, también son encantadores. La casa estaba muy limpia y era preciosa. Si volvemos a Setenil, no dudaremos en volver a alojarnos aquí. ¡Mil gracias por todo!

John and Suzanne’s beautiful Cassita really is a one off. Surrounded by stunning gardens filled with fruit trees and flowers, it is by far our favourite accommodation we have stayed in. The pool and the surroundings are so peaceful, the perfect place to relax and unwind. The property is beautifully decorated and has a true Spanish feel to it, it has everything you could wish for and need during your stay. The perfectly presented breakfast, which is delivered to your door each morning, really is unexpected and another way the hosts go out of their way to look after you. John and Suzanne are the perfect hosts who are always on hand to help make your stay as comfortable as possible, if you are thinking of staying, you won’t regret it. We will definitely be back and will be recommending it to our family and friends.

Our stay at Frank and Luisa’s farm was amazing! The old farmhouse has so much charm and the surroundings are idyllic – green meadows, vast fields, and cows and horses right outside the door. We felt at home from the very first moment! Frank and Luisa are incredibly warm hosts, always helpful and full of great tips for exploring the area. We went on some wonderful hikes and bike tours. The towns next zu the farm Los Barrios and Algeciras were just a 5-minute drive away – perfect for a quick visit and a little shopping. A big plus were the wifi, which was important for us to work remotely, the well-equipped kitchen, a big TV and a cozy bed. This place is the perfect combination of nature and peace. Hemos estado una semana en la casita de Dolores con nuestras pequeñas perritas. Dolores y su padre unos anfitriones perfectos. La casa estaba impecable, la limpieza era impoluta. La ubicación es inmejorable, un lugar de los que quedan pocos, un lugar privilegiado, realmente un sitio único,con una playa para ti solo y unas rutas preciosas que hacer, donde poder disfrutar de la paz y la tranquilidad. Si buscas un sitio idílico, donde desconectar de la vida de verdad, este es el lugar un pequeño paraíso en la tierra. Para nosotros a sido una experiencia maravillosa. A beautiful getaway in a local neighborhood with plenty of privacy. Gorgeous walks with the dogs through the pine forests and at the beach. Tennis on the courts in La Roche (€10/hour). The house is exactly what we look for when traveling- away from vacationing crowds, easy access to the beach, restaurants, & shops. This is the kind of place you’ll want to bbq and open a bottle of wine, but if you’re not interested in cooking, great food is just up the road. We hope to be back next spring!

Wonderful villa and place. We had everything we needed, all we had to do is just enjoy the villa itself and absorb the nature. All bedrooms were well prepared, towels, plenty of pillows, clean, great size bathrooms, also spotless. Kitchen well equipped, pool towels. The garden is breathtaking, loved that there are 3 spots available for dining. 2 pools are incredible idea and everyone enjoyed possibility to choose outside or inside one. Absolutely gorgeous place. Thank you.

Diego is one of the best hosts I’ve worked with on Airbnb! He allowed a very flexible check in, he is wonderfully communicative and friendly, and very energetic. His country home is a labor of love, and perfect for a family to stay. Unique experience about 10 minutes outside Setenil de las Bodegas, as he has chickens, turtles, turkeys, and all manner of produce growing. The showers were hot, the beds comfortable, and the kitchens well stocked. Great outdoor spaces for relaxing. The one thing is about the third bedroom/loft; it is a VERY short ceiling, so our third couple (who are on the taller side) preferred to sleep on the sofa bed. Would certainly recommend Diego’s home to anyone and would return.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Juan Jose was flexible and escorted us to the house to check in. The house is well equipped with extra blankets for cooler nights and the option for heating or air con. Our 8 year old braved the pool in cooler weather. The photos don't do the views justice as it's even more beautiful in real life. We had a great few days and would highly recommend!

I had a great stay at Ivan's place. I have rented a lot of little cabins and apartments along the coast here for personal retreats, and this one had more space than most. The kitchen was very well equipped, with a full-sized refrigerator and even an oven. That was really nice! I also loved the very private little yard and swimming pool. Ivan was a fantastic host. The dates I had reserved ended up being in the middle of rainstorms, and I asked if I could change to the following weekend instead, when the weather would be nice. He was super accommodating, and let me change the dates. Ever communication with Ivan was super positive and friendly. I would not hesitate to stay at his place again in the future!
